... they looked like she couldn't afford proper shoes. They are horrible!

I LOVE mine- adore them. They are so comfy and adaptable. I wear them everywhere. When we go camping I can wear them in the shower or to the beach or around town. FAB FAB FAB

My stepmother has a pair near the garden. I thought they looked hideous & I never saw her wearing them. Then I read an article about a copyright dispute over them. Why bother? So they're comfortable but then so are flipflops.

Both my Ds have them, age 5.5 and 4. One pair in bright yellow and the other in blue. DH got them in Singapore a few weeks ago.

Great for beach and pool !!! They love them !!

I saw a child wearing them. My LO will NOT be having any!

TinyGang · 13/08/2006 22:28

I'd like to try them but they seem quite expensive.

I initially had a good laugh at them, but I'm coming round to the idea. I'm not sure I'd wear them too far from home though or in a mad colour. Funny shoes in primary colours remind me of Cbeebies

LieselVonTrapp · 13/08/2006 22:29

Can I be blonde again? Im curious. Can somebody send me a link. I do however know what Cairn a'Mohr is and its the yummiest stuff ever.

I went to visit my friend in a small village the other day, I was wearing mine, she was wearing hers, her dd was wearing hers, then a neighbour came over wearing his!

Pixiefish · 14/08/2006 08:58

had to add that have just come back from holiday and worn mine everyday. They are so comfy - what will I do when I go back to work ?

Beetroot · 19/08/2006 17:15

why do people wear them??

BettySpaghetti · 19/08/2006 17:18

We were in Totnes (Hippy-mecca) recently and every other person was wearing them. Can't decide whether they are horrible or OK.

housemum · 22/08/2006 16:17

Aaaagh - had never heard of them till I saw this post now I see them everywhere!! Lady in Notting Hill cafe last week, coordinated pink outfit & matching Crocs, NCT friend comes round wearing them, someone in Sainsbury's. Bleeuuugh! Sorry, I don't think I'm cool enough - I need to feel in some way feminine (and have large feet so would probably look like Donald Duck), so nothing without a heel for me! (Chunky admittedly for the trek to/from pre-school but the only time I'd think of Crocs would be as garden shoes to keep by the back door for when it's about to pee down on the washing and you need to sprint out)
