If you had £101.08 of boots points what would you buy?

I'm currently doing slimming world to lose the baby post natal cake weight. I've got about 4stone to lose & want to have a little treat for every 7lb I loose. I've got a ridiculous amount of boots points - what should I get? I've got a massive boots superstore near me with all the fancy brands in it.
I've got dark hair & eyes, pale skin with a sallow tone & a 6 month old so not a huge amount of time. Skins a bit rubbish unless I use specific things so don't want to meddle with that to much. Make up, hair, nail, body suggestions all welcome.
I've lost 9lb already so I'm due a treat! Help.

A new set of make up brushes

Perfume

A full set of cleanse/moisturise products

New lipgloss, mascara and blusher

A new hair dryer.
The rest in Clarins skincare. Can't afford it anymore so would be a massive treat.

Origins skincare, or whatever your favourite skincare is.

Or buy baby care stuff with the a Boots points and spend the equivalent on yourself from your household expenses.

I've got a babyliss big hair somewhere. That was from a previous venture on to S&B. My god you lot are dangerous, I've just ordered a load of Gap khakis as I've seen on another thread they're good for the pear huge arse shaped amongst us.
or put my credit card in the freezer.

Right, so we have Dior lipbalm, stilla or equivalent skin glow type thing, nail varnish (Essie?), Olay regenerist night serum & most of the Clarins counter?
Just had a new hair dryer as smoke came out of mine. Not sure if I've got YSL in my boots, will check it out. I'm really excited to go shopping now! Thank you all. Flowers

Vitamins might not be a bad idea. Any particular recommendations for shower/body? I usually use dove. I've seen champnays, is that nice? It looks like it'd smell nice.

I just did 30 of points on La Roche-Posay. What's even better is that it's on 3-4-2 so I got 45 quids worth for nothing.
Double bubble!

It's very good stuff.

I quite like the soap and glory stuff, garnier do some great intensive body lotions and oils, they seem to be all the rage!!

I've seen you all rave about la R-P. Maybe I should give it a go, my skins very teenager-like. I've been using Salcura spray which is the best thing I've ever found for it & their face wash, then no7 moisturiser. I could probably do with some anti ageing before I'm beyond hope.

Are you going on holiday this year?

Swimming costume/bikini
Flip-flops
Towel
Sarong
Floaty cover-up thing

Or if you wear glasses use your points to get new frames or prescription sunglasses

I'd buy one of those babyliss big hair things I'm wanting to try it out

isisisis · 08/03/2014 18:49

No glasses, I didn't think about any non cosmetic/toiletry stuff, I forgot boots did other things. Good call on the holiday stuff - we're off to Ibiza in 10 weeks.
I've got a babyliss big hair but at the moment my hair is always in a pony tail as DD 6months loves to pull it & it really hurts! Maybe some styling products to try something a bit different. I'm normally fighting to keep it straight, maybe I could embrace the bit of wave I've got & go for a bit of a tousled look.

I'd get a lot of photos printed and enlarged or made into canvasses.

And get a tube of Nivea soft.

Photos! So many things I haven't thought of! Yet another brilliant idea.

There is a perfume called Flowerbomb Rose Explosion that costs about £80 - I've not even smelt it yet but I want it! Get that. Grin

If you have dark hair and pale skin, try Benetint.
Big bottle of Badedas for lovely bath times for the next month.
Posh handcream.
Lancome mascara.
Perfume.

Bumble and bumble hair products are lovely. There's a nice coconut smelling one that is very moisturising.

Some of the bigger Boots stores stock Liz Earle and if it were me I's get some perfume, moisturiser and exfoliater from her range.

I save my Boots points every year and buy a nice pair of sunglasses.

I'm just coming to the end of mat leave and my hands are in a shocking state due to post-nappy change washing/highchair cleaning, etc so I would go for a great rich hand cream. The Clarins one is good, or you could choose something that smells amazing

Lancôme had their bonus treat offer for buying 2 products a couple of days ago - don't know if still on for next couple of days? But if so, their colour corrector/concealer trio thing works wonders on dark circles, plus Lancôme mascara and then you get the freebies too, for nothing.

I'd buy Flowerbomb and some Essie nail varnish and some gel eyeliner (Clinique I guess as boots don't sell bobbie brown)
