I haven't bought myself one for a looooong time. Not that I don't have any now. DH buys me one bottle each time he is away on business… always Chanel. Current ones in use are No. 19 and Allure. We came to the conclusion that it's probably because DH saw Brad Pitt in the ads. So it became completely acceptable for the DH to buy women's perfume. Wink

I like a number of Jo Malone's.

Lyonesse · 14/02/2014 19:35

Guerlain Insolence. I read a review that described it as 'gloriously obnoxious' (or something like that), which is true, and I love it for that Grin

White Citrus by Bath and Body Works. It's really light and lemony and I build it up with the shower gel, body butter etc. it's lovely. Can't get it in UK sadly but fortunately I have relations in Dubai where there is a few outlets so they bring it over or I stock up when I visit.

FracturedViewOfLife · 15/02/2014 04:42

I really like Flowerbomb and the summer version. They are the perfumes I wear most.

I do have a huge soft spot for Nina Ricci (the red apple) perfume though. It smells like summer, friendship, my houseshare and my late teens/early twenties. It is ridiculously sweet smelling but I will always have a nostalgic bottle and I have to say it is my favourite perfume.

JapaneseMargaret · 15/02/2014 06:40

Guerlain, Jardins de Bagatelle.

fayeso · 15/02/2014 06:45

I going to admit this and then run........Angel. Admittedly not for the first 20 minutes of having sprayed it ( it really does smell quite 'wrong'), but after this settles down and I love it. I like the smell it leaves on my clothes aswell. Am I the only person perhaps left that likes it???!!!!

ZingSweetApple · 15/02/2014 06:49

Bvlgari Au The Blanc

fresh, light and makes me feel happy

Hoviscat · 15/02/2014 07:08

My favourite for the last couple of years has been Marc Jacobs Woman. It is often annoyingly hard to find though!

KosherBacon · 15/02/2014 07:13

Current ones I reach for again and again are
Chanel Bois Des Iles (bought pre-DS)
Shalimar
SJP Lovely (mainly used for work)

Snowdown · 15/02/2014 07:47

I keep coming back to coco - ds loves it, he says it smells like me and he gets quite emotional about it. I tried looking for a new perfume but I really struggled, I need a guide, I don't even know where to start and the choice is overwhelming.

ShatzePage · 15/02/2014 08:44

I adore perfume and always have a few on the go. My all time favourite is Samsara but at the moment I am also using-

Si lolita
Agent provocateur
L'agent
Maitresse
Venezzia
Spellbound
Beautiful

Allinafankle · 15/02/2014 08:49

Clinique Happy and Vera Wang Anniversary which I wore at my wedding and always brings back happy memories.

Tweet2tweet · 15/02/2014 09:04

I just discovered Serge Lutens 'Daim Blond'. It is divine. I'm saving up for it. I use Coco at the moment though.

Zara8 · 15/02/2014 09:10

Love Ralph Lauren Romance, and Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

Recently bought Burberry Brit Rhythm (for men! The women's one smells like bad air freshener!) and I love it!

I have two I'm using at the moment the Estée lauder Modern Muse and recently returned back to Chanel Coco, forgotten how gorgeous this one is.
Is it ok to have lots of bottles open at once? I seem to have the idea it goes off quickly. Could somebody guide me?

Stokey · 15/02/2014 09:42

Just started experimenting after using same trio of Dior addict, Flowerbomb and Blush Juicy Couture for years.

Got some samples of Tauer perfumes and quite enjoying maroc pour elle. Snowdown recommend checking out websites like Bois de Jasmine and Fragantica, which tell you what perfumes are similar to what you like.
