More affordable version of Ash Virgin high tops?

I'm coveting a pair of Ash Virgin high tops but they are sooo pricey! I just can't justify it.

Any one spotted a more affordable version anywhere? I've seen the Kurt Geiger ones but they're even more expensive at £160.

I've checked all the sale websites but my size (six) is always sold out, annoyingly.

Any tips gratefully received by both me and my bank balance...

I wore them a lot but not enough to cause leakage!! Totally in love with them but now wary about getting another pair. Hhmmmm....

We're saving for a new kitchen so I'm thinking I'll put my refund money in that pot instead and just make do with the trainers I have.

I really love the new rose coloured virgin's, but think the pewter look great, with an edge of difference rather than the safe option of black. Rose might be a bit restricting on what I could wear them with

I couldn't commit to £140 so got some suede ones for £70 from here and I really, really love them.

Ooh. They are lovely. Is the suede wearing well? I love the grey leather but haven't seen them under £100 which is my limit.
I love the rose too but think they could be quite restrictive.
The metallic go with everything and are just the right side of shiny.

Dammit, I should have hit the company up for a cut of their profits from the inevitable deluge if sales . The suede is wearing well and they look a lot better than I thought they would. I still need to treat them so I've not worn them in the wet yet. I'm on mat leave and I think they'll get a lot of wear this summer.

Yes. I think they'll be perfect for summer. I've found some taupe Kurt Geigers for £105.

Got the black suede ones so will see what they're like when they arrive. I have the Ash Bowie ones and fancied something I can wear as an alternative to Uggs or Toms - I like in skinny jeans so hopefully these will fit the bill!

Peasandlove I saw scrunchies in American Apparel for a fiver a pop or something ridiculous like that.

my suede ash virgins arrived today. very pleased with them and a bargain at 70 quid.

I do like the rose pink ones though...
