krabbiepatty · 06/07/2006 22:59

Children's clothes are HUGE. Women's clothes can come up wide but short.

laughinglil · 06/07/2006 22:59

Do you think the sale will start tonight or sometime in the morning?

laughinglil · 06/07/2006 23:00

thanks krabbie ..never ordered anything for my dt's from Boden before but liked a few things in the catalogue so I am going to have a look.

krabbiepatty · 06/07/2006 23:03

but so many things have already sold out, especially in the childrens wear.

SoMuchToBits · 06/07/2006 23:21

Thanks Gillian76, have now bought my stuff, except for linen drawstring trousers in cocoa stripe, which mysteriously have disappeared from website!

poisson · 06/07/2006 23:23

one top for me
( will be stunned if it fits)

Gillian76 · 06/07/2006 23:32

Have ordered pjs and a t-shirt each for all 3 children. Still came to £85!

Just hope I get it before we go on holiday next Saturday...

Gillian76 · 06/07/2006 23:33

What bag did you get vicky? Was deliberating over the slouchy suede bag

Gobbledigook · 06/07/2006 23:39

Have ordered, er, too many things.

2 dresses for me - could well be going back
The short cord jacket in 'nut' - had my eye on that for ages
a swim suit for my jollies in cornwall - ordered 2 so one will go back
v-neck jumper, the orange adn blue stripy one

For the boys - t-shirts and fleeces mainly. I love the BOden half zip fleeces - they look really nice on.

JoolsToo · 06/07/2006 23:44

don't think I won't find you using your old name!

MrsJohnCusack · 07/07/2006 00:01

bought one top for me (one I already have and like in a different colour)
dithered over skirt but decided against
lucky old DD has got shoes, a skirt, 2 tops and some trousers

KristinaM · 07/07/2006 00:21

ooh gobbildigook, I have gone with your recomendation and bought half zip fleeces for Ds1. And lots of things for me as well

I have spent too much money and its all YOUR FAULT

Clary · 07/07/2006 00:25

ooooh oooh
Things were vanishing as I shopped (eg the fish T-shirt for boys and that gorge blue flowered dress twiglett liked
DH says there are other things to worry about lol.

Still, got DD my fave plain fitted T-shirt, shorts and fleece for ds1 for next year, lovely skirt for DD, winter T for ds2 so he doesn't feel left out (he has hundreds of summer Ts, seven different shades of plain blue for eg)

Hesitated over brown/cream flowered summer dress but got a similar one inAsda the other week for £15! Nothing suitable for Dh alas. OOps spend £130

JackieNo · 07/07/2006 06:59

Just spent £100. But kept telling myself that some of it would go back...

Pollyanna · 07/07/2006 07:29

I can't believe it, I ordered some stuff last night, ummed and ahhed about a few other things and went back this morning and they'd all gone!! Is there an army of women shopping through the night? No wonder I normally miss the Boden sale.

LucyCampCat · 07/07/2006 07:52

Does the sale usually start in the middle of the night?

still managed to spend too much - going through mn of course Justine!

cupcakes · 07/07/2006 08:10

bloody hell. I always miss the start of the sale. Jacket sold out. Probably lucky as I spent too much as it is.

SoMuchToBits · 07/07/2006 08:12

Dh asked me why I stayed up so late last night. When I told him I was camping outside the Boden shop waitng for the sale to start, he thought I was very sad! Told him that otherwise everything you want sells out, but he just didn't get it.

BearintheBigBlueHouse · 07/07/2006 08:20

The Bear household maxed out. Bet no-one's spent more. I blame you lot.
