Where is the best place to take a very body concious dd to be measured and fitted for a good sports bra? We do a guess and try on and blush approach to ordinary bras but she needs a decent sports bra.

Odd! Sounds like you need a 31" back.

A 32 in a different make might come up as a smaller 32 (IYKWIM) which might be slightly tighter on you. But then again, if you're happy with what you're wearing then I wouldn't worry.

Technically, the cup volume on a 30E is the same as 32DD anyway so I would expect that whilst the back would be tighter wearing the 30E, your actualy boobs would sit in the E cup better. Usually this banishes all back fat, bulges, and quadraboob but it doesn't sound like you've got those issues anyway.

A while ago I was wearing a 34DD (thanks M&S!) and the cups seemed too big, but I had bulges and the back kept riding up. All sorted now in my 30Gs. But, it's totally individual and your current fit sounds OK to me.
