To go with this dress for me?

Wedding not too formal, but I want to look lovely not mumsy

wellilike - depends, yOu'd need to link to the items for me to say TBH. Matching shoes and bag do tend to be the preserve of the over 50s these days but it can work.

Things do need to be tied together though, yes. usually though detail in the cover up, hat or bag. Having the shoes in one shade and the bag in a significantly different but toning shade of the same colour also works really well.

Ketuk I like the last dress you linked, it's lovely and I think it will be easier to accessorize. I think you have unearthed a personal shopper in Procras, I think I will use her in future as fashion is not my thing, I find it quite traumatic! Great dress wellilove! 'fraid you have frumped it up with the acessories though. I like the shoes a lot but navy needs some colour with it. Do you have a cover up already?
