Just wondered, the mirror seems to indicate I am not doing enough.. how long do you spend cleansing, applying and removing making up, dealing with unwanted hairs erc, hiding grey/white hairs... more than 10 mins a week anyone?

Puff- what a staggering achievement. Well done !

don't suppose the body brushing could brush away fat for those of us who are a little on the lazy side?

I have an E'Spa body brush that's brill. I feel less than clean if I don't use it daily.

If you want your bathroom to smell like heaven all day, use Chanel No. 5 shower gel.

love chanel

expatinscotland · 06/03/2006 20:25

Used it this morning, went in to draw the girls' bath this evening and could still smell it. Even DD1 likes to sniff it and says, 'Mmmmm.' Thata girl!

Oh yes, I'd look very rough if I only spent 10 mins per week. I have a 25 min routine every morning, which includes shower & hair wash & dry. Quite scared by how awful I'd look on just 10 mins a week!!! Wink

Northerner · 06/03/2006 21:10

Oh yeah I forgot hair and nails an stuff.

Also I spend ages doing my eyebrows. Really annoys me when there is just a slight hair poking through and I can't quite get it with my tweezers. Grrr. I hATE THAT.

robinpud · 06/03/2006 21:53

am going to eat chocolate with Dr Luca and do my nails, that should bump my weekly total up a bit.

how much is chanel shower gel and is it really better than dove?

Each morning I use a cleanser wipe and then a warm sugar face polish before my shower. I moisurise my face too. In the shower I use a body scrub, and afterwards I use a body lotion. I als use creams for my psorasis and ezcema.

I always use perfume during the day.

I wear make up every day I go out, but not loads and it only takes me about 5 minutes or so to apply it. More if I am going out.

Most days I eave my hair to dry naturally. I comb it through and it dries in the car ion the way to work, or whilst at home.If going out somewhere proper I will dry my hair, use straightners and hairspray.

Each evening I use a cleanser wipe and moisturiser.

I defuzz my legs, bikini line and under arm 1-2 times a week, either using Veet or shaving.

I have my eyebrows waxed every 4 weeks (overdue now though).

I have my hair highlighted about every 12 weeks, usually cut at same time.

Don't do exercise Blush and diet is going badly at moent. I need to restart.

I don't have any nails to sort out. Another thing I must try and rectify.
