I saw a thread on MN a few months ago called princessing (although I eeeked at the title!) Anyway the fundamentals still looked solid so I am going to live by the principles and I could really do with some buddies Grin

Here are the principles. I have written them down and pinned them up in my kitchen...... (hoping that will help me stick to it Hmm)

  1. 8 glasses of water a day
  2. Exfoliate
  3. Use teeth whitener
  4. Use anti-aging face cream
  5. Intensive nail care (feet and hands)
  6. Use eyelash growth serum OR eye cream.
  7. The Shred / other intensive exercise
  8. At least 2 extra fruit & veg
  9. Healthy breakfast daily
10. Hair oil (moroccan hair oil for eg, or kerastase etc) 11. No alcohol during the week 12. Daily vitamins 13. Body brushing 14. At least 2 servings of salmon or other fatty fish per week. 15. One early night once a week. Suggest 9PM. 16. Regular hair removal 17. Give up one naughty favourite item e.g. chocolate/crisps 18. No more fizzy drinks 19. DAILY body moisturising 20. Warm water with lemon first thing in the a.m.

A bowl full of fruit with yogurt?

I'm sat here with towel dried hair with oil on, moisturiser on my face, vaseline on my lips and eyelashes with a mink brown and bright blue polka dot manicure.

About to remoisturise and clean my teeth with whitening toothpaste before bed.

So thought I would give a quick update.

I've been taking my vits regularly and making sure I get enough sleep and even after this short time I can feel a difference in myself and my bloated tummy is definitely looking smaller.

Haven't noticed any difference to my crows feet despite my posh potions but my skin is definately softer and the huge zits I had are noticeably calmer.

The huge difference has been in my nails. I've been manicuring properly for the first time ever and before they were split, bitten and peeling but holy shot you should see the length of them now!

Oh forgot to mention that due to the heatwave my caffeine intake has halved and I've been filling myself with water which I think has helped a lot.
