Aargh wedding outfit nightmare what is the position on....

An ivory dress?
Going to v posh wedding tomorrow and made my dress. Big mistake. Just tried it on and it just isn't right. All accessories shoes etc bought to go with this dress which is a distinctive colour. We have to leave at 9 tomorrow to get there in time. What is the position on an ivory dress which is basically my only other option and I'm not going to look very dressy if I wear it. Is it frowned upon to wear ivory to a wedding?

Don't know how to post Pictures from the iPad but the black dress is phase eight. It's a big square of material all gathered into the middle with jewels. Sounds horrible but it isn't. If we were just going to the Evening do it would be fine ( apart from the fact that I've snapped the heel off my black shoes!!). It's not right for a posh day do really though

Virgil yep it's called Coast To You. I just tried it but it's saying all stores closed (which of course they are now). You select the dress you want, checkout and under the list of options for express delivery etc, you'll see it at the bottom of the list. Pop in your postcode et viola.

I know for a fact that Bluewater do it, not sure about which others but biggies like Meadowhall and Gateshead would be contenders I would think.

If you do it, I'd be inclined to phone the store the order will be fulfilled from after you've placed it and make sure they have received the alert - it just gives them a bit more time to get it organised before the courier arrives.

Hi everyone. My mum and her best friend raided their wardrobes and those of my mums best friends daughters (!) and turned up on Saturday morning with four dresses six fascinators, three hats five pairs of shoes, three wraps and six handbags!!!

Did you wear them all at once, or just go multiple celeb-stylee outfit changes?
