S&B - What have you done to me?!

I only stumbled upon this forum a fortnight ago, looking for DIY beauty tips because DH and I are up to our necks in necessity-enforced austerity.

Somehow in that fortnight I've started the oil cleansing method, bought some Superga pumps, mascara, lippy and shampoo ALL recommended on S&B, I'm watching a million pairs of jeans on eBay, have a new haircut and am getting my nails done next week.

Whaaaaaa?? Is that Austerity, Mombo? What's to be done with me! I might have to stay away from S&B. Is everyone else as impulsive and vain as me?

I've been trying to wean myself off s&b as I worried I was becoming a bit obsessed but it sounds like you are all the same

I love s&b but disagree with a lot of posters who have such rigid rules - anyone who says I can't wear something unless I'm 18 and 5ft10 - well they are wrong

Dh took me away for a ro antic weekend once on the way he remembered he'd forgotten condoms, for some reason don't know why now he bought some that had the equivalent of emla in the end, god it went on for DAYS I'm not one for sex that takes hours . I made him wash them out the next time.
