I am determined to pay more attention to personal grooming in the new year, for dh's sake.

What are your beauty secrets? A friend of mine got me into dry brushing and now I am evangelical. Any other tips besides the usual get 8 hours sleep, don't drink, don't smoke, exercise, be calm and serene...

eve lom is the best cleanser in the world in fact best beauty product full stop makes skin so soft and clear stops you getting dry skin on lips...the cloth means no need for exfoliator... and I find I need harldly any moisturiser when I use it expensive but lasts ages... and worht it

Bk you do need to moisturise before hand, it dries out your skin a fair bit...
