this one

If you read this - thanks! I love it and judging by the comments I have had when wearing it, so do others!

I have ordered the pink one they do too and although not as nice I still really like it. You've saved me a fortune from buying elsewhere!

Thanks

flowerheart is the original seller, not sure if bagthatstyle is related or not, but they are still selling the brown at 9.99.
my grey one is from bagthatstyle, will take detailed pics, is listed as cashmere/silk....

stripeybump · 10/09/2011 11:31

I washed mine on a handwash cycle in the machine cos it smelt of salty sewage Envy

It was absolutely fine, and dried so so quickly that I assume it's some kind of polyester or other man-made fabric.

Bit scared to iron it as it might melt.

SemperUbiSubUbi · 10/09/2011 11:32

Mine is def. not c/s

I have taken high res photos for you and posted to my blog:
yumetc.blogspot.com/
If you click on a photo it should open up in even bigger size.

Mine (grey) arrived in black pouch from bagthatstyle, did not smell, labelled as cashmere/silk, is actually quite soft, but I suspect synthetic, colour is true to listing, "graffiti" isn't really graffiti, it's basically the "brand" (DIHU) and it's located in one corner, next to label, so easy to disguise.
It is large but not as long as I had hoped, but I am quite tall, I've taken picture next to measuring tape also, it is about 6 foot long.
I think it's fine, tbh it's only £10, you can't even get a naff scarf in Accessorize for that price!

MissFoodie · 10/09/2011 12:04

HAHAHAHAHAHA

CatPower · 10/09/2011 13:13

Mine just arrived in a beautiful gift bag and is fabulous. Smells lovely, no shedding, no pulling and no graffiti (as far as I can see). Well worth the £10!

leobeebs · 10/09/2011 13:16

Have sucummbed and going to buy the grey one. How do you tie it?

SemperUbiSubUbi · 10/09/2011 13:20

I would also like to know how people wear theirs?

I am a bit old skool I think and throw both ends back over my shoulders so the middle is over the front of my neck then cross over at the back and back down the front again.

bananamonkey · 10/09/2011 14:15

Mine came this morning, from flowerheart seller. They are lovely, the purple one is a bit smarter and took me ages to spot the graffiti. The red is cherry red and graffiti much more obvious but can be hidden. They are all really soft and I love how big they are, lots of fabric like a pashmina. No funny smell. I wear scarves looped once round the neck and bunch most of the fabric in the loop so the ends are the same length as the loop iyswim, about rib length.

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 10/09/2011 14:18

Just thought I'd say...H&M are selling the grey and brown versions for £7.99. I bought the grey yesterday. About 6 ft long and 2 ft wide, soft and strokable.

ronx · 10/09/2011 14:35

Mine came this morning from 'bagthatstyle'. I ordered the brown and black scarf and I love it! It's soft and long enough to hide a multitude of sins. I'm going to order a red one next.

Angel786 · 10/09/2011 14:55

Mine came this am. Purple with grafitti. Nice scarf. A little shedding. No funny smell. Good size! Def not silk / cashmere. Ok for a tenner but you could also get something similar cheaper in Primark / H&M for less/ That having been said... I may still order the brown one too Blush

How would I wear this? Wrap around neck and leave the long ends dangling on the right and left at the front ugly scarf. Pashmina style knot comme ca

with plain t shirt and jeans.

Angel786 · 10/09/2011 14:57

ps it was more of an indigo than purple.

MissBeehiving · 10/09/2011 14:57

God, that poisonous toadstool scarf is heeedeous.

AliciaMt · 10/09/2011 15:15

omydarlin, I think you are right, eBay is very tough on sellers nowadays and they charge dearly (eBay+Paypal apparently charge 25% over sale price),sending the scarf from the post office will cost over £2. that leave sellers a very small profit.

MissIngaFewmarbles · 10/09/2011 15:55

Gah I've ordered the purple/indigo. I'm not a scarf wearer but I'm going to give it a go.

wildfig · 10/09/2011 16:02

mine arrived this morning (brown one ordered on Sunday from flowerheart) - I really like it for £9.99: it's big but not quite as big as I'd hoped (I'm tall), clearly made from cotton not silk/cashmere, no labels anywhere. A good cheapie bargain. I might get the grey...

monstersX2 · 10/09/2011 16:08

Mine arrived, I love it :) Nice and big, only ones ive ever found for that price have been tiny little things and even a grey jane norman one cost £15 and isnt as big.

omydarlin · 10/09/2011 16:16

..for anyone that hasn't seen it yet

[ 25 ways to wear your scarf] apologies to original poster couldn't remember where or when posted!

omydarlin · 10/09/2011 16:17

gah!

SemperUbiSubUbi · 10/09/2011 16:35

25 different way? Shock Ive only ever done about 4/5 Blush

Off to watch now thanks.

stripeybump · 10/09/2011 16:37

The thing is that the design of the print is so bloody gorgeous! I sooo want the LV purple one now, or at least a decent wool copy. Any leads gratefully accepted!
