Beautiful shoes for the wide of foot - a campaign perhaps?

I ordered a pair of LKB Sledge shoes in Charcoal which were totally gorgeous, but alas could not get my feet into them

Who makes beautiful shoes for wide feet? Or do we need a campaign for current manufacturers to add a wide foot option to their most popular styles?

Just a little tip to those who don't know. Asda are doing size 9 shoes. I tried a pair on thinking they would be horribly narrow like their other sizes I've tried and they fit perfectly (I'm an 8 wide foot, occasionally a 9 in cheap shoes).

I've got the beginnings of a bunion on one foot and can't wear any of my ballet pumps anymore. Have a pair of LK Bennett kitten heeled things but can't even wear them around the house, sheer agony. I can't wear anything pointy anymore either. Have mostly spent the summer in flip flops or a couple of pairs of sandals.
