any good?

Was given the sales pitch by Bare Minerals lady the other day and was tempted..

Am 43 and have broken veins, forehead lines, eye lines, nose to mouth lines and puffy eyes (you get the picture?) need something to even it all out a bit.

Have been using MAC studio fix for years now but its beginning to sit in the wrinkes.

Any suggestions???

I don;t like using it under my eyes -settle in all the creases wrinkles

The starter kit is great value and I love the coverage it gives.

Is anyone else finding the brushes shed hair everywhere? It's like I have a hairy chest when I'm done!?!

Try the Well Rested concealer under your eyes, that works for me! And you need to shake off the excess powder from the concealer brush and then sort of press it in.

Never got on with the Warmth tester I got, I stick to Clear Radiance as an all over face colour.

About the powder sitting in the wrinkles under the eyes, noticed that this happens a bit this morning. Maybe I need more moisturiser applied beforehand? Has anyone used the skin primer they sell alongside?

What's clear radiance manky?

It's an all over face colour Bare Minareals have, it's a pink tone.

I use that over a fairly lght or medium foundation.

onebigyawn I have the same problem with the brushes shedding. It's horrible and takes me ages to pick the bits of hair off my face.

If anyone knows of any good brushes that don't shed, I'd be interested to hear as otherwise I love Bare Minerals.

I complained to Bare essentials about the brush shedding - they sent my a bottle of free brush shampoo which has made a difference after about 4/5 washes.

I can't get the same coverage with other brushes, even with my MAC ones. It's a real PITA.

By the way if any of you are in the states PHYSICIAN'S FORMULA do a great mineral foundation which is only about 12 dollars. I get family to bring some over for me when they visit. I have tried in vain to get it over here Sad
