Oh how I regret the fecking doughnuts. I require an evening dress for a teal-lovin' short plump girl with only herself to blame.

The dress code for the evening is - Evening dress and bling.

I am 5'3", love teal, hate yellow, tend to go for understated, and am drowning in a sea of Monsoon hates. Budget up to £200 for frock.

Help.

this?

FebreezeYourJeans · 03/06/2011 23:27

Oh the neckline on that KM is divine [sigh]

snigger · 03/06/2011 23:28

Oh God, at 18 I deserve not the Westwood. 16 max.

Feck the doughnuts, I need boot camp.

blue full-length

snigger · 03/06/2011 23:33

Hmmm.

Selks, I am inclined in a positive direction towards your oyster offering.

I'm trying to think how to proper evening party it up.

I like it lots, despite its lack of length/tealness.

Oooh, bollocks... sorry about the HH. And the KM Wink

Meanwhile, how about this?

wendihouse22 · 03/06/2011 23:37

Ooooh, have ordered the Oasis embellished frock for my hols in Italy.

FebreezeYourJeans · 03/06/2011 23:38

The phase 8 dress is gorgeous on. My sister just bought it, she's a rotund 16 and it is unbelievably slimming, the draping is miraculous.

Selks · 03/06/2011 23:43

It could work with a jewelled clutch in pewtery-silvery colour maybe.

EggyAllenPoe · 03/06/2011 23:47

too boring?

snigger · 03/06/2011 23:51

I'm liking the Outnet one but possibly not for this particular do - it's enough to forgive you for the KM though tethersend. Grin

I have questions about the Phase Eight oyster number for those who have met it - it seems quite taupe in the picture - is this the case, or in real life is it proper oyster?

Again possibly not bling enough for this do, but I'm liking in general terms your navy blue suggestion Eggy - good summer staple.

This thread is going to cost me a fortune Grin

This could be very flattering.

Or this

WhatsWrongWithYou · 04/06/2011 00:12

Not teal or long but rather lovely?

Or...
