So, assuming that you're like me and that you couldn't move after doing the first 2 days of Evil DVD From Hell, did you just keep going? I want to do it but my muscles are so hurty that isn't it going to damage them if I keep going? I can't even get up the stairs properly, how am I supposed to do more lunges?!

blimey - scared myself silly by watching level 2 after my level 1 'work out' last night. I can't see me being able to do the first exercise, let alone the rest.
Might need to up the ante and ditch the tins of beans if I want to stand any chance of doing it.

Chippy, my DH was practically ROFL when he saw me mid workout the other day. I admit, I wasn't looking my best, but still....... It's great when they're so supportive, isn't it?
