Moisturiser for very dry, sensitive, eczema prone facial skin?

Please? Oh, I've got rosacea as well, so have to make sure nothing aggravates that as well.

I've practically given up with moisturising just now (just using a very basic nivea one) as I find it hard to find one that really suits my skin.

Aveeno, La Roche Posay Toleriane line for sensitive skin (they also do a line for rosacea), Avène Extremely Gentle range. Personally, I'd avoid Liz Earle because of the botanical extracts.

I used only Aveeno and Diprobase for years as I thought my skin wouldn't tolerate anything else. But I started using Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner and it was the start of a huge change. The extra hydration has really helped balance and soothe my skin (eczema prone). It's made specially for people with atopic skin conditions, so has very minimal ingredients, no fragrance etc. I've been able to add a few other Korean skincare products, I generally find them more gentle and they seem to avoid fillers which are more likely to irritate.
