Sanctuary Facial Oil. & Clarins new facial.

Oooh Tracey, I am thinking of having botox, will look for Noddy's thread

UltimateTurkey · 30/01/2011 10:15

As a long term acne sufferer I feel obliged to spread the news that I've recently been using Dermaquest products on my skin and have noticed a HUGE difference (and I don't impress easily!)

twoboots · 30/01/2011 10:28

spiezia rose and vanilla facial oil.
makes me smell edible.

SuperTheoryofSuperEverything · 30/01/2011 11:03

I must try morrocanoil, is there anywhere it is available in smaller bottles or cheaper than £40? might my hairdresser have it?

If i don't have fab hair by next weekend I insist you hip round or compensation for me...

ruddynorah · 30/01/2011 11:09

I got mine from Supercuts in our shopping centre. It was £29.

minibmw2010 · 30/01/2011 11:48

Another one for the Sanctuary facial oil here .. plus the big hair from Babyliss ..

sungirltan · 30/01/2011 11:59

please tell me more about the big hair.....i have absurdly thick, wavyish hair. i hammer it with the ghds but if there is any moisture in the air i look like i've just been sea swimming after 10 mins.

thenightsky · 30/01/2011 12:13

Tracy... where did you go for your botox-light? It sounds exactly what I need, but I don't trust anyone to do it. PM me if you don't want to say in public.

Maisiethemorningsidecat · 30/01/2011 12:16

It's fab! I stick on some serum, blast my hair (also thick and wavyish) with my usual hairdryer until it's just a bit damp, than them use the Big Hair thing on it. The brush can go clockwise or counterclockwise, and has ionic technology, whatever that means Confused. It's so much easier than using a big hairbrush and a hairdryer, and just smooths everything out so that I don't have to use my straighteners. Am definitely converted, and I'm not easily pleased when it comes to my hair!

traceybath · 30/01/2011 12:35

Thenightsky - I live near Bath so went to some-one there - if you're local let me know and I'll send you the details.

PuppyMonkey · 30/01/2011 12:46

Babyliss Big Hair

Toothpaste on spots. Honest.

MrsMeow · 30/01/2011 12:53

Just posted about this on another thread but so far I'm most impressed with Burts Bees soap bark & chamomile cleanser and radiance day cream, it's cleared up my spots and my skin looks so much brighter. And believe me, I have spent a FORTUNE on lotions and potions over the last year!

sungirltan · 30/01/2011 12:59

yy to burts bees stuff. i got the baby stuff for dd but i just want the whole adult range - its so yummy and gentle :-)

ednurse · 30/01/2011 13:03

No7 Extreme Lash mascara, got in as a sample and its the best mascara I've ever tried. Better than Dior, any number of drug store brands I've tried, Benefit, etc. Grin

valiumredhead · 30/01/2011 13:05

SuperTheoryofSuperEverything

You can get smaller bottles of Argan Oil from Amazon for a tenner - it will last you AGES, that way it's not a big outlay if you don't like it.

FluffyMummy123 · 30/01/2011 13:21

Clinique eyeliner gel in grey

thenightsky · 30/01/2011 13:54

Tracy... not to worry. Bath is so far away it might as well be the other side of the world Grin

BelligerentGhoul · 30/01/2011 13:57

What is this eyeliner gel of which you speak? I need a new grey eyeliner.

Mahraih · 30/01/2011 14:09

Une Mineral Foundation. It's a tiny pot for £9.99 and I was initially sceptical but it's AMAZING.

I used to use foundation (liquid), concealer and powder. It was quite frankly depressing and took forever.

Now it takes 5 minutes to do my face, and I only use the tiniest bit of concealer, and no powder. You only have to use a tiny amount of the foundation, and it's like magic. My skin looks completely natural and flawless.

Never going back to liquid foundations, ever!

BelligerentGhoul · 30/01/2011 14:41

I bought an Une liquid one yesterday - initially, I'm pleased with it. Haven't worn it properly yet though - only to test last night. It's light and subtle but seems to cover things up too.

cabbageroses · 30/01/2011 14:51

REN frankinsence night cream

FellatioNelson · 30/01/2011 14:59

Big Hair for me. No contest.

3gorgeousboys · 30/01/2011 17:29

fafftastic sorry for delay - busy weekend with ds1 being ill. I use it as a moisturiser, it's really hydrating & gives a gorgeous shimmer to my skin wothout looking like I'm 6 going to a kids party :) The pores around my nose are refined (a miraxle believe me), my "oi!" frown between my eyebrows is sooo much better and overall it's worth every penny! Have bought another jar ready for my next 21 day sess in March :)

shodatin · 30/01/2011 21:59

Goats Milk Soap by Crabtree & Evelyn - have given away all others.

lololizzy · 30/01/2011 22:51

re the Burts Bees soapbark cleanser...did it not BURN you?? i was almost in tears! i thought it accidentally had chilli as an ingredient. I was red and sore for days. It is now peeking at me from bathroom cabinet but am too scared to go near it again..might have to use as handwash instead!
