I might return the IO dress too. It's very thin material, so impossible to wear right now, unless in a warm place. Could wear it out I suppose, but then I have enough going out dresses and I never go out. I'll sleep on it.

We're big fans of the dinosaur park here and I think oww's boys enjoyed it when they came to Norfolk on holiday in the summer too.

Yes - boys loved the Dinosaur Park which reminds me that there is a (deeply unflattering) photo of me and the boys - and a dino - there. I will post on here (for limited time only) so Bloss you lot can see what I look like!

Pickled - those shelves are miles better than anything I came up with - some faffs are just worth it! Would love to meet you at the meet up - I'm already stressing about what to wear and trying to get a flight than enables a quick trip to John Lewis/Selfridges beforehand to buy complete outfit and a MAC makeover!

Bloss - was it the ruched blue dress? I like it but I never find IO quality to be worth he price but know I'm in the minority in that view So I'd send it back as thats a third of the DVF dress which is lovely.

pickled does the town near you begin with L? If so, we stayed there a few years ago for Dh's birthday. Doubt there are many MAC counters there though

pickled, it's the counter where they sell MAC make up. They do makeovers and your make up. The one in Selfridges is very busy, and you need to book in advance. I shall look very drag queen .

Bloss that IO dress is divine and has received rave reviews on their website, if I may be so bold, I think that I will also purchase one.

Bought very very sensible 'Heavenly Feet' boots to-day, so comfortable ,wedges with elastic sock, am hoping to be able to wear dresses with them when if weather turns bad again!

I too am also invovled in home renovations at the moment, having just finished an extension which needs to be painted and decorated, plus other multiple jobs that we have put on the long figure over the last few years - back to my paint chart!
