LTEC - of course I will have a look for you, always like an excuse to pop to Delft! Shops are closed here tomorrow morning but will have a look in the afternoon.

But, having said that....I have found a UK site that sells them, which seems to have them in stock in small and extra small? Not heard of them before but they seem to stock 'quality' brands....
here What do you think?

Just emailed ASOS re my dress as now showing out of stock again and order has yet to be processed! Gah!

Bloss - I used to like Life Laundry - especially the psychology behind why people hold onto stuff/clutter. Speaking of which, DH has taken the boys out to a castle for the day and I have started the big January clear out. Am starting on the top floor (spare bedrooms/attic landing) and am slowly making progress! I do love a de-clutter!

AllBuggiedOut · 02/01/2011 12:38

Right, have just looked up 6 day 6 pack and see it is another Jillian - how much ab toning is there bloss? I can't do most of the ab work in the shred as I have a bad back, so replace those bits with exercises the physio gave me years ago. Do you think there's enough cardio and other muscle work in this one for me to be able to do the same? Thanks.

PlumSykes · 02/01/2011 12:45

OWW, is it the grey in a 12 you want? Am popping to shops later, have 3 Warehouses I can try for you, if you like?

OP posts:
OllieWollieWoo · 02/01/2011 12:51

Plum - yes, grey in a 12. Would be lovely if you could look but please don't go out of your way - esp if shops are busy and looking would be at expense of your sanity levels Smile.

VerityBrulee · 02/01/2011 13:00

OWW love that top, think I will purchase, thanks for the link Smile

Bonsoir I have pale gold Tods ballerinas, they must be about 3 years old and get lots of wear in the summer. The colour goes with everything and the are really comfortable, perfect for walking. I have an LK Bennett pair with that Tods bobbly sole in black patent, but they're not quite as stylish as the Tods I think.

Lots of family here for lunch so better get back to the kitchen. Not helped by the fact that our water is off 12-15 hours a day since the 26th which is getting rather tiresome now. Buckets of water all over the place and as soon as the water comes on, and we never know when that will be, so constantly checking taps, we all run for the shower. This country is falling apart.

CHOOGIRL · 02/01/2011 13:36

cake is it the Jigsaw top you like? Will be passing on way to theatre this afternoon. Happy to pop in.

Ps. DH autograph of course!!

mistletoeandjuan · 02/01/2011 13:41

I love the OWW top too - my first wise purchase of 2011 maybe?

Verity - that's shocking about your water - hope it gets sorted very soon.

GeorginaWorsley · 02/01/2011 13:46

tracey Cazalet Chronicles are fantastic.
I love anything First or second world war related.

BG I wore Janice with opaques, but others here have layered for daytime with tees under and boots I think.

Agree with Anglomania comment,am on hunt for similar tops/dresses for spring.

notyummy · 02/01/2011 13:47

Welcome back Roary!

Sorry to hear about the water woes Verity. That sounds really tough.

Sounds like some good NYE's were had. Impressed at your stamina managing a New Years Day Party, LTEC! Although, part of me thinks.....why would anyone hold a party then???? Surely guests half dead?!

Budget a bit changeable here. Basically savings/AVCs non negotiable (IMHO, having several friends whose ex-DHs have left them high and dry in terms if long term savings) and stuff like people driving into my car Angry can def cramp the clothes budget. Probably £150 in an average month, not including beauty stuff.

Was looking at Isabella Oliver dresses online last night. Anyone know what the sizing is like?

Right, off to drop DD at her best friends house (she is beyond excited!) and then out for a run.

blossoming · 02/01/2011 14:04

abo, it's 35 mins long. The only excercises I recognised were plank jacks and mountain climbers. I almost cried as I missed the shred so much. I hate change - but it was time to move on to my specific problem area. Abs were aching yesterday after one go! Had a day off yesterday but looking forward to starting again tonight. There are some truly nasty excercises there though - and high impact.

Happy decluttering ollie.

verity, hope things get better soon.

FritziGreenEyes · 02/01/2011 14:16

verity I feel a bit silly now for complaining about a few hours of water shortage yesterday Blush. Hope everything resorts to normal at your house soon.

cake Will send my copy of JO book for DH to sign too!

notyummy · 02/01/2011 14:35

Quite pretty FC bargain.

BelligerentGhoul · 02/01/2011 15:18

Thanks Georgina - did you wear black opaques? I like the sound of layering it too - I've been doing that a lot with my Anglomania one.

What coulours do people think are good with navy? I like navy and black and I assume navy and grey would be okay - but would anything else work?

Somebody was looking for a grey coat further down - have just bought This one - any good? If the link doesn't work, it's the one called Louvre jacket.

BelligerentGhoul · 02/01/2011 15:19

colours - not sure where that random 'u' came from!

traceybath · 02/01/2011 15:41

Nice jacket Belligerent!

So anyone else looking forward to 7pm and SATTC?

Thanks for the heads-up re: the jacket, Tracey and Vin. Vin - I love charcoal and have lots of it in my wardrobe, so will deffo try that with the Janice. I also like fuchsia, so will try that too.

BelligerentGhoul · 02/01/2011 15:59

I absolutely LOVE that black silk DVF top btw and think it could look really good slightly too big, as you're so tiny.

DTI10 · 02/01/2011 16:02

Happy New Year everyone! Quick catch up from me. I sneaked in on New Year's Eve to post HYE and then ended up having too much to drink (stupid me) and sent silly p&e texts and messages. Have only just started to recover - never again.

Sorry to hear that verity and others are without water - hope the situation improves very soon for you all.

I am on the hunt for a navy or red (can't have both, trying to be w&a) pencil skirt - I have looked around in the Sales and have found nothing but black. Any links would be greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to the Sales ending as bored of trailing through them now. I need to start being a better bargain hunter this year.

I have tidied up the whole house today, cleared away bags for Charity shops and sorted through thousands of pieces of Lego - I found it quite therapeutic Hmm.

bonsoir so sorry to read about your DP's colleague - awful.

esher did you go to GD?

cake and Choo - am in an Edelman dilemma. I really need a size 8.5 (UK). The 11 (US) is too big (yes, too big for me, that's right, too big) and the 10 (US) is too tight. I can't find a half size anywhere.

ny I like that dress but not the sleeves for some reason. It might be the way the model is floating...

DT just popping in quickly to say I called gd and they don't have any puffa coats in anything smaller than a 14 in stock so I didn't bother going down there. They did say to check back next week though.
Have you checked whistles for Edelmans ? I noticed they had leopard edelmans in the sale.

Am at my parents' house posting on iPad (crimbo pressie) is good but a bit more laborious than laptop for posting.
Will catch upon thread properly later xxxx
