They're not spray on tight, just slim and straight legged with a bit of a drainpipe feel going on. I feel very eighties throw back.
They're excellent when tucked into boots but this morning I wore them with flat, ballet shoes and feel a bit self conscious. Think where I live (the sticks) I may be regarded as stylistically challenged!
They're Gap, straight+slim. I think they're these ones but they don't look bootcut to me.
gulp!

I tried some skinny jeans on, but they were Top Shop ones and so low rise that the zip was about 1 inch long. I thought the whole skinny jeans thing was that they were not cut on the hip? I definitely felt very throwbackish and dated, partly because they weren't long enough for my legs, and I spent most of my teenage years wearing tight trousers which were not long enough.

The normal website works, but you can't do links cos it uses flash.

socci - I'm a 12. I think they would look great on your figure, I wouldn't worry about your hips if you are a 10! The Gap ones are very flattering - I don't think I could have got away with any other brand. I have worn them a few times and they are quite loose though and have gone a teeny bit saggy on the knees.
MrsMills - I did get the boots but cannot show you because they were ridiculously expensive (I sold a lot of old Boden on ebay to afford them!). I am too shocked by the price to admit to it on here! They are beautiful though - very dark tan, round toe pull on boots with the stacked wooden heel. And you can pull them down a bit for a bit of a slouchy look. Have never had pull on boots before and they are a right pain to get off by myself. Real legs in the air struggle.

I bought a top shop pair about 3 weeks ago and have lived in them ever since They are dark denim with a bit of lycra and are surprisingly flattering I have my old faithful levis on today which are bootcut and they do look a bit dated by comparison my mum even wears boot cut now and they are the uniform of the school run mums!I have been wearing them with ballet pumps so far but will wear boots as it gets colder What tops do ou think look best with them.I have a cashmere black thinnish jumper which looks ok but what else?
