I was talking with some younger (twentysomethings) colleagues today and it turns out that they all have a full wax and think Im a fuddy duddy by not having this procedure. Dont get me wrong, I like to be tidy but isnt this extreme? and, painfull? I dont get it. Considering most of them are single and dating, wouldnt a bloke think it was Christmas if this is what he unvielled on the first night or, am I just old fashioned?

Mine does have a distinct smell . Dp has pubes and his do trap in a smell; I would say cock and minge smells to be precise. Don't tell me you all have smell free minges . The ape house don't smell like that for nothing you know.

Mine has a smell, but it is a nice smell! I didn't like it when I was younger, I wanted it to be smell-free or to smell of soap.

I would hate to encounter a man who had been waxed anywhere.

I have a Brazilian (just little strip at front) once a month, and I can't imagine going back now.

The waxing bit doesn't hurt me, but she sees more of me than anyone (apart from dh) has ever seen! So def not for the modest!

I don't get this hygiene sweat thing.

We are designed with hair in certain places, armpit, men with beards precisely because it helps draw sweat away from the body. Shaving it off prevents the hair from doing this.

I recently removed everything, was 'tidying' one day and just thought I'd give it a try!

I don't feel or look like a teenager, my Dh is not bothered either way, I prefer it for myself.

So much more comfortable at that time of the month, I am converted!

Nothing 'butchers shop' about it either! Had 3 babies and still very neat thanks! Grin

I just do the basic tidy up too, no waxing for me thanks. Had my legs done once and that was enough to put me off for life.

Strangely tho I do get my eyebrows waxed into shape and find that ok.

Besides what is so say "trendy" etc I am mortified about the idea of being on all fours with my pants round my ankles in front of another woman to be honest. Its just not right. Confused

I have given birth to two children and thats plenty enough people looking at my lady bits ta. Grin

my friend just told me that, although she tries to keep it tidy, her 16 and 18 year old daughters both get full waxes. She cant explain it. We both thought it was pretty sad really. Theyre not long out of puberty and now they are taking it all off!!
