Just that really.

I don't get all the hatred. It's football. They are our neighbours. They are an underdog. They've played well. My mates in England deserve a bit of joy.

Not quite sure why it's ok to be so openly anti-English.

I am disappointed my thread was moved. I dislike topics at times but don't feel my wishes should be taken over the op. I understand that it is a diverse group and that's why I like it here.

This was a genuine AIBU. Not sure why others have been allowed to decide where my post should be when I had clearly chosen where I was contributing my post and people have actually taken time to give their thoughts, some noting they felt it was a nice post.

Surely just don't read it? Or did I break some unknown rule? I can't imagine so as there is another football post active in AIBU.

I feel overwhelmed with the molk of human kindness when I read that Scots, Welsh snd Irrlsnd are supporting the Englidh team. It really mrsnsa lot snd you bet I eill br rouying any of you when you are in the dame position

Very true but Clive Tyldsley just makes me want to turn off. Even in a non England game he makes it all about England. I think we should have neutral commentators!

Strange the thread has been moved....lots of AIBU threads could fit onto another board, title clearly states it's about football so the people that have moaned could just have ignored it. The ones who have moaned are probably the 'I want anyone to win but England' people talked about here.

Im English living in Scotland, but I hate football!
I support them as in I'd rather they win than the other team but that's about it.

I’ll be happy for my English friends and family if they get a good result, but can’t get very excited myself. Scot living in Germany.

Scotland are the New England at blokes football, devoid of original thought, obsessed but useless, irritatingly thick analysts, bleating on. Follow the women’s teams, more forward thinking, even the sitar’s Phil Neville becoming a bit more enlightened (but still a twat!)

Gerard Butler is a good guy but not a great actor. This is what he can do acting wise 😐😮😁 that’s it
