Hi @Holidaywarning I'm sorry to hear you felt there wasn't as much choice in Le Flora this time, especially when you've always enjoyed it as part of the start and end of your holiday. I'm not aware of a permanent reduction in the range, although the selection can vary. Hi @Holidaywarning Not at the moment, unfortunately. Club Voyage discounts don't currently apply to Brittany Ferries Holidays packages, but it is something our team is looking into.

Hi @izzywizzywont You're absolutely right that the ferry terminal is actually in Ouistreham, around 15 km from Caen, and I can see why that would have been confusing when you were arranging for your French relatives to meet you!
We refer to the route as Portsmouth-Caen because Caen is the larger and more widely recognised destination, but we do make it clear in our port information that the ferry terminal itself is in Ouistreham. It's a good point, particularly for anyone travelling with us for the first time.

Are there reclining chairs to sleep in? Do you have a quiet area and what measures do you take to ensure the calm is respected? ( I have experienced noisy schoolchildren unsupervised in a quiet lounge.)

Britanny ,Ferries are super helpful. They provide an escort to help with managing luggage, and vehicles to take you down/up ramps and to the entrance or exit. I needed their help this year and couldn't fault them

Just make sure to organise it in plenty of time arrange assistance for both outgoing and incoming travel.

We recently did a daytime crossing from St Malo to Portsmouth on the ferry named ‘St Malo’. I booked a commodore cabin which was perfect for a daytime crossing and we loved the commodore lounge with coffee and food. Can we expect similar facilities if we book a commodore cabin on other crossings.
