This week, we’re giving MNers a chance to ask Zoe Griffiths – Weight Watchers Dietician - any questions you might have about the Weight Watchers programme.

With 10 years of experience as a Dietitian, as well as experience supporting a range of departments within Weight Watchers, Zoe will be able to offer advice and information on the Weight Watchers programme.

If you’ve heard anything about Weight Watchers that you’d like Zoe to clarify, please ask your questions here.

Post your questions to Zoe on this thread before 7th September and we will send 20 questions over for her to respond to. We will then post a link to her responses on the thread on 22nd September.

Everyone who adds a question (regardless of whether it's answered or not) will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 vouchers for Asda plus a free 3 month Weight Watchers membership.

This Q&A is sponsored by Weight Watchers.

Thanks
MNHQ

Why are people encouraged to lose weight speedily when its known that fast weight loss can cause gallstones.

Miffytastic · 06/09/2014 22:25

Do you have any suggestions for quick, easy to make veggie meals on filling& healthy?

thewomaninwhite · 06/09/2014 23:11

What focus does ww give to exercise? Being healthy is much more than 'just' eating healthily.

likklemum · 07/09/2014 00:16

A bit of a light-hearted question, but I started the WW diet on Monday and am finding it fairly easy to stick to but (and I'm convinced as a result) I am experiencing the most flatulence in the history of wind. Am I to assume this is normal?

mommathatwearspink · 07/09/2014 12:02

What is the difference between your Simply Start and ProPoints plans?

McBaby · 07/09/2014 14:11

I find trying to eat sensibly and breastfeeding really drains my energy - I have much more energy when I eat more so don't lose any weight but don't put any on ie over 2000 calories a day.

Are there any good ways to combat this? And would ww plan help?

Jenni2legs · 07/09/2014 16:38

If fruit is free are there guidelines? - guessing I won't lose if I sit and eat a punnet of strawberries an hour! :)

jimmijam · 07/09/2014 20:11

Hello, I'm vegetarian & have noticed the majority of weight watchers meals aren't. Is the weight watchers diet suitable for vegetarians please?

KateOxford · 07/09/2014 22:42

How much weight per week would be normal for someone on WW to lose?

Steben · 08/09/2014 09:27

I have been considering signing up to ww or slimming world for a few weeks. What are the fundamental differences between the two and why should I choose ww over any other programme?

colleysmill · 23/09/2014 14:46

Came on to see the replies but obviously not up yet :)

colleysmill · 28/09/2014 20:39

Any news on the answers for this mnhq? :)

scousadelic · 05/10/2014 22:29

Is this going to happen or have we scared Weight Watchers away? Grin

colleysmill · 06/10/2014 10:27

I thought that there had been some interesting questions posted (by other posters not necessarily mine!) so it'll be a shame if they don't come back.

AngelieMumsnet · 08/10/2014 18:13

Hello! So sorry for the delay in posting this, you can read Weight Watchers' answers here.
