Hello. A while ago, all you lovely Mumsnetters gave us some brilliant tips for surviving winter colds and sniffles. Well, now we want to know which of those tips you think is the very best of all.

Where to start?! 3littlefrogs (both tips), Rosa and Rhubarb all tie IMHO as all very sound evidence-based tips. (But I loved virtually all of them and some eg plantsitter made me howl with laughter...which is another bonus, as currently suffering with a cold for 3 weeks and having a laugh makes me feel better!)

Well I'm going to vote for myself as I know it works! My immune system is compromised and I don't often get coughs and colds because I use Melrose almost every day. If I run out or forget it, I end up catching a cold.
