But not with the matching trousers - I'd use my black wide legged evening trousers and evening sandals, I think they would suit someone with darker hair rather than blonde or redhead - it's a colour would would clash or make an outfit I think.

I have voted cosy and cute. I am usually more of a trousers girl but I really like this for a festive drink out. My questions for styling - what colour jewellery would you wear and what pieces.. I'm thinking gold? I also prefer the boots rather than the flats in the models images, I'd wear black boots with it I think.

i love the simplicity and elegance of this but am a bit worried about my tum as the waist pleats look as if they’d fan out.

I have blonde hair with some red undertones so I’m thinking of gunmetal shoes and bag rather than the gold in the images but would be open to other ideas. Also I hate clutch bags so would like a simple and small party cross body bag - if such a thing exists!

How I miss being able to go and look in our local Monsoon!
