Whether it’s been about getting more active, changing your diet, exploring medication, or simply carving out time for yourself - we want to hear how putting your health first has benefitted you.

Maybe it’s the physical benefits like better sleep and energy levels? Perhaps it’s boosted your confidence or sense of wellbeing? Or maybe it’s even had a positive impact on your relationships or career?

However big or small we’d love to hear the ways your life has changed for the better since you made your health a priority. Share by 19 November for your chance to win a £100 VEX voucher (T&Cs).

Losing weight and making time for exercise has improved my mental health. I didn't feel confident to join a class when I was bigger. Now I've found an exercise class I love. It clears my mind. I can be me, not mum me or work me. I'm a happier person now I'm fitter.

Taking the time to go to keep fit and aqua fit classes twice a week - It's given me some me time - I have lost weight and toned up, and have a new friendship group - which I really needed as I lost contact with lots of friends during Covid and did not reconnect

Swapping coffee for herbal tea - it's been a game changer for me.
Herbal teas have come so far - with a myriad of flavours - honey and ginger for during the day, fruit teas for the evening, a sleep tea for bedtime and a green tea for the morning drink to purify - I cannot tell you enough about my collection of teas and flavours. The caffeine removal from my diet has made my sleep deeper and longer - my digestion better, and as they all have a different health benefit I wish I'd started years ago.

The simple motto eat less move more - I stopped counting calories as much and upped my steps (bought a fitness tracker to help) Feel much more motivated to stay fit and loose weight - slow and steady.
