I was so excited to be chosen, unfortunately the beautiful dress I was sent has a dodgy zip so I can't wear it. Boden customer service said they were unable to assist me as I didn’t place the order. Such a shame as was going to wear it to a wedding this weekend.

That said, Boden are happy to offer a replacement, and we're currently working with them to arrange this for you.
