For the majority of us, the internet is an integral part of our everyday lives...where would be without Google?! With so many new terms, slang words, trends popping up all the time and with each generation, it can be difficult to stay on top of it all. Put your knowledge to the test and take the fun (and educational) quiz here that O2 NSPCC created to find out who knows more about the online world in your home.

Whether you are an internet whizz or need to brush up on your internet terms, share your score below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck

8, a couple were just guesses to be honest!

Chopchopbusybusy · 20/03/2019 06:34

6 but most were guesses.

Flightywoman · 20/03/2019 07:52

8 - didn't know the age for snapchat but with hindsight I should have done as 13 is the age considered for individual consent (instead of parental) in a lot of social media

Bez33 · 20/03/2019 09:24

4/8 - oh dear...

misskatamari · 20/03/2019 10:28

8/8 Altho some were educated guesses

Raeven · 20/03/2019 11:41

6/8 Better than I thought.

LKRJM · 20/03/2019 15:44

4! Obviously not a lot lol! X

Pushpull · 20/03/2019 16:30

7 out of 8 for me. Snapchat caught me out

formerbabe · 20/03/2019 17:25

4 for me

FelixTitling · 20/03/2019 17:36

Most pointless quiz ever.

RanchoRelaxo · 20/03/2019 18:30

6/8!

IsoscelesSandwich · 20/03/2019 21:28

7/8!

StickChildNumberTwo · 20/03/2019 22:15

8 but with a fair few guesses!

cheesenpickles · 20/03/2019 22:37

7/8 woohoo! I'm still relevant!

Osquito · 20/03/2019 22:50

8, though a few were my best guesses!

I agree with PP that the quiz itself was rather irrelevant and useless in terms of testing your knowledge of internet safety re young ones.

BrieAndChilli · 20/03/2019 23:26

7/8.
They weren’t redlly about staying safe though!!

shrill · 21/03/2019 00:03

5/8 for me

Cuch · 22/03/2019 04:50
  1. But I misread one question and answered with the opposite, so would have been 7. I am totally down with the kids.
Friolero · 22/03/2019 05:49

5/8
It wasn't really about internet safety though, knowing how many YouTube views Britney Spears has had is irrelevant to being safe online.

sashh · 22/03/2019 05:59

8/8

But I do teach this stuff.

greenjojocat · 22/03/2019 06:08

5/8 - I don't know a lot about the newer social media platforms!

Disfordarkchocolate · 22/03/2019 06:16

6/8 but it wasn't really about internet safety

Amber0685 · 22/03/2019 22:20
