All 5 of us would like the indoor skydiving and the water slides. My kids are 14,13,9.

mooota1514 · 20/09/2017 17:51

Can't wait, TheWoolly, but we will be out of Miami next Summer for our cruise. My parents live near Galveston and regularly cruise with RC and Carnival as they are retired and can just leave their car in one of the car parks near by and hop on the ship. In fact, they even got stuck on a ship during Hurricane Harvey as the port was closed and they were unable to land!

IonaAilidh11 · 20/09/2017 18:00

all the watersports

sweetdiversion1 · 20/09/2017 18:03

I think I'd definitely be dragging everyone to the roller disco! The eldest would love the surf simulator and swimming. Youngest would love the library.

roggy45 · 20/09/2017 18:11

Waterslides, sports, ice skating, indoor sky diving. All sound fab.

scully1 · 20/09/2017 18:19

Indoor skydiving for me and mini golf for mum.

spottypjs · 20/09/2017 18:34

Swimming, sports clubs and the ice rink would be favourites!

DoneAdulting · 20/09/2017 18:45

I would LOVE an escape room, they're my favourite thing that I don't get to do very often.

My DH would love the XBox games and the cinema.

Our DS (5) would love any form of swimming, and all of us would love the watersides.

Vegangelist · 20/09/2017 18:58

My six year old would want to do ALL of that, barring reading in the library, probably, as we can do that free any time. He'd probably want to go to the teen disco but I guess at six, he can't!
All of it looks really fab, if we had to discount a few for not being able to fit it all in it would probably be stuff like ice skating, rock climbing and the cinema, solely as we do that kind of thing at home a fair bit, so would want to have more of a go on the newer things.
We did a cruise when he was four, one of the main reasons I picked it was the waterslides - he managed to get on once, after queuing for an hour - we gave up trying again as the queues were just ridiculous, especially for so short a ride.
But if it could work so this wasn't such an issue, great.
I'm hoping to do a RC Cruise for the DreamWorks vibe once our toddler is a little older (she's two). She'd love the waterpark and slides.
Myself, I'd choose the circus school, surf simulator, ziplines - well, all of it, but those would be my top few.
DH would be happy with all of it too, but would probably especially make use of a gym and a running track. And the sports courts.

Longdistance · 20/09/2017 19:01

My dd's 6 and 8 wouldn't be out of the pool as they're both mermaids. They'd be on the water slides too, as they live them. They love kids clubs too, and will give anything a go like the rock climbing.

We'd probably go as a family on the dodgems, but that's something we always do when together.

My Dh would love the zip wire, he's such a daredevil.

I'm a chicken so will probably stand on the side lines with a glass of wine giggling.

NicHay · 20/09/2017 19:06

We would like waterpark and mini golf

Sid98 · 20/09/2017 19:09

Indoor Sky Diving as it seems a lot of fun

vickyors · 20/09/2017 19:11

DH would use the surf simulator- constantly. He's a surfer so this would be a perfect way of getting him on the cruise!
Kids would love the swimming pool. My kids are 4 and 1. They both love pools. They'd like a water park, but I think they need a bit young for it yet..

Ikea1234 · 20/09/2017 19:16

Our go to activities would be the roller disco, ice skating, dodgems and the cinema. Out of our comfort zone, learning new skills, getting some exercise, and a couple of old favourites too!

Ingles2 · 20/09/2017 19:23

Gosh! who knew you could do so much on a cruise!?
I have sons in their late teens and they would love the climbing, sky diving and surf simulator,.. so would my husband!
I would want to do some shopping, followed by some knitting and reading in the library .. much more sedate :D

Falconhoof1 · 20/09/2017 19:24

We'd go for ice skating, water stuff and cinema. Sounds amazing!

Demiguise · 20/09/2017 19:37

Wow, that's a great list of activities!

I think I would love the waterslides, DD1 (8) would go for the circus school, DD2 (3) would have a great time in Splashaway Bay, and DH (43!) wouldn't emerge from the games arcade willingly Grin

gd2011 · 20/09/2017 19:43

Cinema and mini golf.

emmmaaa26 · 20/09/2017 19:47

Zip lines probably. All sound amazing though, I think we could give them all a shot.

towser44 · 20/09/2017 19:54

Teen disco. I honestly don't think we would see our daughter or manage to get her to miss one!

leafy6354 · 20/09/2017 20:06

Wow thats a lot of choice!

Me - water slides, rock wall, surf simulator

DH - arcade

DD (2) - dancing and pools

millifiori · 20/09/2017 20:14

I'd go for all the water-based and spa-based things - as would DS1 - funnily enough he's a sucker for whirlpools and saunas. He and I would love the zip wire too, and I'd love any exercise class and pampering.
We'd all love the water slides, cinema, the library and the escape room
DS 2 would love the X-box, indoor sky diving.
DH would love the library, cinema and escape room.

Also from the link list I loved the look of the garden walk. DH and I would escape from the teens there.

LeeR1985 · 20/09/2017 20:33

I'd love most of them but I'd really like to try the escape room for myself. My daughter is 7, she'd love the games arcade and ice rink

RippleEffects · 20/09/2017 20:40

Water activities, library especially if books and DVD's/ music could be borrowed and played in cabin, cinema with family films and popcorn, climbing wall, mini golf, basketball/ five a side football pitch.

littleme96 · 20/09/2017 20:45

Oh my goodness, so many things appeal!

I think we would all enjoy Laser Tag and Cinema. I would enjoy the Escape Room. My husband would choose Indoor Sky Diving. My children (9 & 6) would love Mini Golf and the DreamWorks Experience.
