Many people take photographs at special events to truly capture the day – whether this is a wedding, a big birthday or a special trip. However, the images that often bring the most happiness when they’re looked back on are the ones of everyday life – especially with children.

Alongside the launch of their Buttons Memory Lane tool, Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons have asked us to find out about the shared everyday moments with your children that you’ve felt have been worth capturing.

So, whether they’re of a family day out in the park, of your DP and children playing out in the garden or maybe even a spontaneous selfie you’ve taken together while out and about, share the everyday moments with your children that you’ve felt have been worth capturing and you love to look back on now.

Not the best photo but every time I see it, it takes me back to that very moment. Beautiful sunny day, had plans with friends who I hadn't seen in a while. Ds hadn't slept well and had been irritable all morning, I finally got him to sleep but every time I put him down he woke up and screamed. I eventually gave in, abandoned my plans and had snuggles instead. Whenever I look at that photo I remember sitting in a dark room seeing just a slither of sunlight shining through the curtains,didn't matter though, baby snuggles are the best

This is my son flying his kite for the first time. He received it as a gift for his 3rd birthday - he is now 6 and he had a great time learning how to make it flip and fly.

Adventures on the farm always goes down well!

My favourite pictures of my kids are those taken over the years at the beach - first time feeling of sand in their toes, first paddles, jumping the waves, rock pooling, beach games. These really are my favourite times and I love to look back on them and remember them - and hope when they are older , they will too.

No really impressed with Cadbury at the moment.

You drive all the way to Rutland Water on a gorgeous Summer day, only to find the little man has fallen asleep en route! Managed to transfer him safely onto the grass to continue his snooze in the shade! :)
