Many people take photographs at special events to truly capture the day – whether this is a wedding, a big birthday or a special trip. However, the images that often bring the most happiness when they’re looked back on are the ones of everyday life – especially with children.

Alongside the launch of their Buttons Memory Lane tool, Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons have asked us to find out about the shared everyday moments with your children that you’ve felt have been worth capturing.

So, whether they’re of a family day out in the park, of your DP and children playing out in the garden or maybe even a spontaneous selfie you’ve taken together while out and about, share the everyday moments with your children that you’ve felt have been worth capturing and you love to look back on now.

Wrong season I know but such a great day!

Only one from a recent day out that is suitable dd is playing hide and seek at a local park lovely sunshine and one of her favourite games!

I love capturing those 'moments' in time - precious memories of my girls as they are growing up and getting oh so big, far too soon!

Not the most glamorous of locations but a lovely photo of my two children as we were coming back from a day in Scarborough.

From our family holiday together in Portugal- the top photo is of a game of "water polo" and the second, a game of rounders on the beach! Both moments were everyday cases of joyful family fun that I will fondly remember when I look back to think of summer!

A bit of rain didn't stop the fun at the seaside

Living near the beach means we're able to walk along the sea and pier, play on the beach and spot 'seagulls' etc.
A nice picture of father and son bonding time soon after a toddler learnt to walk.

Funny faces!

DD loves fitting into tiny spaces. I was blowing up the chest for her birthday party when she dived in, pulled the lid shut and peeped out.

Hot day back in Summer 2014 - baby niece was a few weeks old, all hot and bothered and just could not settle - hence why she is only in her nappy!

Put her with my already asleep daughter (about 8 months old) who, without waking up, reached over and grabbed her cousins hand and she instantly stopped crying and fell asleep! It melted my heart and we all cried!! They slept together like that for a while.

They're 2.5 and 2 years old now and we still adore this photo of them! xx

I took this photo at a farm when DS was 3. He's fully knitted out in his waterproof gear as he loved jumping in puddles (thanks Peppa Pig 😑).

I take a lot of photographs as its my hobby, and always have a camera on hand be it my DSLR, my compact or just by phone.
