Bella Italia are celebrating the launch of their new menu by offering Mumsnetters the chance to try their new menu over a complimentary bottle of wine. They’ve also asked us to find out what things Mumsnetters would like to celebrate at the moment with a bottle of wine.

Here’s what they say, “Our new menu is here and it’s better than ever! We’ve been busy working to bring you a true taste of Italy with our new menu, bursting with authentic flavours, made with great Italian ingredients

“Treat yourself to our Beef and Red Wine ravioli, rich Italian Lamb shank, or our all NEW Ripiena - a pizza crust filled with real Italian Mozzarella and oozing with garlic butter - Bellisimo!

“So….make it a night out with the girls (leave the DC at home with DH /DP!) or get a babysitter and get out on the town and enjoy you free wine when you dine at Bella.”

So, what would you like to celebrate at the moment? Maybe you’ve just landed a great new job? Have you managed to finally get through a whole week of your DC sleeping through the night? Or maybe your friend has recently got engaged and you’d like to crack open a bottle of wine with them to celebrate? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear it!

Everyone who posts on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 Bella Italia voucher!

After 4 years of slogging my guts out in a career job that I have been horrendously under valued, I finally have landed the promotion and pay rise I was promised years ago. I'd love to be able to go out with DP and celebrate, it's be the first time in over 2 years

Yesterday, after over 2 years of swimming lessons, dd2 finally put her face in the water and swam a width. I am very proud of her.

Fleur78 · 29/10/2015 19:15

It would be lovely to get the girls (well mums about 40) together.
The six of us met at our local mother and baby group when we were breast feeding a lifetime ago, eight years on we try to get together for a natter once or twice a year eat and drink too much and stay out until the waiting staff needs to go home

sweir1 · 29/10/2015 19:35

NannyOggsHedgehogs · 29/10/2015 20:34

Ds2 is 8 weeks and breastfeeding is established enough that I can get a decent gap between the bedtime and first night feeds

oliveoyl72 · 29/10/2015 21:29

Managing to scoop the last pair of tickets for the Halloween Ball this weekend before they'd sold out.

Finding a matching pair of socks this morning.

I can celebrate anything, and will eat, drink and be merry with the feeblest of excuses :)
