What will your child be when they grow up? Take the Arla Big Milk quiz and let us know what you think! £250 voucher prize draw!

Arla Big Milk have launched a quiz on Mumsnet and would like you to have a go and let us know what you think of the result!

Here’s what Arla say, "Arla Big Milk has been developed to specifically meet the needs of growing children from ages one to five¹, enriched with essential nutrients to help support children’s growth and development as part of their balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Arla Big Milk ‘helping your little ones become big ones’."

Ever wondered what your little ones will end up doing when they grow up? Can you imagine them as a doctor? Or a performance artist? How about Prime Minister? Arla Big Milk have launched a fun quiz on Mumsnet - take it to find out what your DC could be when they’re older. Have a go and come back here and let us know what it says. Do you agree with the result? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear what the quiz said and what your thoughts are!

Everyone who posts on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Love2Shop voucher!

Thanks
MNHQ

Dd got artist :) although hoping she's not too much like the examples given!

YouCantBeSadHoldingACupcake · 02/09/2015 10:24

CEO/ politician. I always said she could be prime minister someday

zombiemeow · 02/09/2015 10:31

Carer/doctor/teacher. I don't think he has the patience.

although he is only 9.5mo atm

GrannyAch1ng · 02/09/2015 11:51

Artist. I'd be surprised. She does best in science and wants to be a Microbiologist like Bernadette in The Big ang Theory.

starlight36 · 02/09/2015 13:13

Dad came out as carer which fits with her current wish to be a vet

Fluffyemenent · 02/09/2015 13:46

DS carer/doctor/teacher

Bit funny as that's what me and his dad are!

skyeskyeskye · 02/09/2015 13:51

DD came out as a civil servant.

Seeing as she is only 7, at the moment she wants to be a Princess or a Unicorn.

I don't care what she does when she grows up as long as she is happy, whether that is a doctor or a hairdresser or anything else that she wants to do.

Catsgowoof · 02/09/2015 14:35

artist- not what i'd've guessed. it's a cruel thing to say of a little kid but her pictures are pretty crappy :-)

del2929 · 02/09/2015 14:47

carer/teacher/doctor

Lulabellx1 · 02/09/2015 15:07

DS came out as Carer/Doctor/teacher
DD came out as an Artist

I think they are spot on! :)

mrsmortis · 02/09/2015 17:05

Both DDs came out as CEO/Politician.

Though at the moment one of them wants to be an astronomer and the other an astronaut. That's if they can't be a teacher or a nurse of course. Tomorrow I expect a totally different answer.

Cherrybellyboo · 02/09/2015 17:06

Carer/ doctor / teacher
For dd1- I could totally see her doing one of those, she pretends to be doctors, nurses and teachers in her games :)

Sillybillybonker · 02/09/2015 17:16

Refuse collector :(

ponygirlcurtis · 02/09/2015 17:55

DS1 came out as civil servant, DS2 an artist. Sounds about right for both.
don't tell DS1 as he is adamant he will be a professional football or the next Stampy Longnose

00100001 · 02/09/2015 17:58

I disapprove if the answers to "when you ask them to try something new"

Mine are eager to try new things, no refusing or bribing needed!!

00100001 · 02/09/2015 17:59

Carer/doctor/teacher Confused

Lurleene · 02/09/2015 18:02

DS came out as artist, which was a surprise given his answers.

Feltedbump · 02/09/2015 18:11

DD got carer/doctor/teacher.
We have already reckoned on some sort of medical career- most probably a dentist as she is fascinated with everyone's mouth and poking her fingers in at your teeth; I try to be encouraging but ugh...where have those hands been?! She also enjoys brushing our teeth but is not impressed if you try to brush hers.
I hope she doesn't become a teacher; she is bossy enough already and she's only two.

StuffYouAllInTheCrust · 02/09/2015 21:13

DD1 - Artist - a possibility but according to her, she's going to be Rapunzel!

DD2 - Carer/Doctor/Teacher - hmm, maybe a very straight talking one. Can't see her pulling any punches anyway! Grin

steppemum · 02/09/2015 21:52

ds = CEO politician (very accurate I think)
dd1 = carer doctor teacher - yup again spot on (although she wants to be a a rocket scientist at the mo)
dd2 = artist - well, she has the temperament for it!

was very irritated by the 'try something new question' They are all negative! Both dds LOVE trying new foods.

ohhelpohnoitsa · 02/09/2015 22:43

Ds1 ceo/polititian......mmmm not sure
Ds2 artist ...... well we do say he's a maverick
Ds3 carer/teacher/doctor .... let's hope its a doctor as, according to the news today, there is a desperate shortage looming around here

MarmeeMarch · 02/09/2015 22:49

I have another CEO/politician here - I quite believe it she can spin anything and seems to have considerable powers of persuasion, particularly with her father!!

KittyKat88 · 02/09/2015 23:04

DD's result was Civil Servant! She is a stickler for rules and routine so that outcome made me laugh as it is probably quite accurate! I'll try to remember to pop back here in 20 years time to let you know what she actually becomes! Wink Grin

mumof1every1wantsme2havemore · 02/09/2015 23:22

DD got Carer/Doctor/Teacher which is really sweet shes only 17 months yet does like to help pick things (that she dropped), tries to mop the floor and vacuum. Loves to hug her teddies, pictures of teddies. I do wonder what jobs she will enter in the future, i hope she enjoys cooking and baking like me (technically a chef). I just enjoy her being interested in everything currently. Who doesnt want that childish enthusiasm?

Ganne1 · 03/09/2015 04:50

My software developer daughter has turned into a civil servant!
