To celebrate their mini pots of rice pudding and custard, which hit the shelves earlier this year and are specially developed for children*, we have been asked by the team at Ambrosia to find out from you what tastes make you happy! We all know some flavours and food are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face - or to your childs', or may even remind you of a special meal or occasion.

Ambrosia say: "we think that Ambrosia my mini pots taste like happy! They are a great way to mix up a mundane lunchbox, and as they are easy to pop in a handbag, are always there for when hunger strikes. And a happy child, means a happy mum/dad. What does happy taste like to you?"

I love cheese so very much! All types of cheese but especially mature cheddar with a big dollop of hot sauce!

The taste of happiness is banana custard.

RICE PUDDING is my all time favourite

The smell of fresh coffee or vanilla makes me feel happy

No contest, its chocolate, especially with a hot cup of black coffee. Double whammy caffeine shot!

Can't beat a good cuppa!

Happy tastes for my daughter are mangos, dried or fresh, she savours apple crumble or just the apple puree of cooked down bramley windfalls from the garden.

For me, I go through phases and can be all out for one thing then not have it for ages. But real happy tastes are Florentines (I just adore them), particularly if there is lots of chewy glacee fruits in them, hot, homemade waffles with lemon and sugar or pancakes or cake mix...

DH likes those breakfast in a tin things (yuck) or warm milk over Weetabix. What he really loves is an excellent rice pudding and it has to have a dollop of red jam right in the middle. No other colour jam will do.

Melted Chocolate with strawberries is a taste that makes me very happy x

anything with cinnamon in it, reminds me of Christmas

Spring makes me happy, its great getting up in the morning when it's light.

Greek yogurt with honey and banana is my comfort food.
DD loves anything strawberry flavoured.

A Sunday Roast makes me very happy indeed! Homecooked with love, including crispy/fluffy roasties, some tender beef and good old Yorkshires smothered in gravy!

Hot chocolate and rice pudding with golden syrup.

Stir fry veg with soya sauce. Very yummy

I love saffron this time of the year because it's really Christmassy to me. :) mmmm saffron buns!

Watermelon is always a refreshing taste

a creme caramel with lots of juices is my fave taste ever...and surprisingly the cheapest ones are the best ones, especially tesco value ones

Major loves for me are the combo of garlic, chilli and ginger, I love spice and heat.
I also love salty flavours, like the salted bit of crisp crackling on a pork roast! Or salty peanuts with chocolate. Sweet flavours like creamy creme brulee are big happy makers for me!

In our household we love anything with a bit of salted caramel! The smell of fresh bread is also a winner.

But for taste, salted caramel, gingerbread and strawberry are up there.
