Over the last four weeks, Barclaycard Freedom Rewards, in partnership with Mumsnet, have brought you Shop Talk: a weekly online talk show where a host of celebrity presenters discussed MNers' savvy shopping tips on everything from hitting the high street to stocking filler saviours.

Watch the highlights here:

Barclaycard say: "In our weekly chat show, Shop Talk, we tackled the big shopping stories that you are talking about in Mumsnet. Andrea McLean, Julia Bradbury, Ben Shephard and Ruth Langsford each took a turn hosting a show and were joined by three panellists, including a member of the Mumsnet team.”

We'd like to know which of the Barclaycard Freedom Rewards partners you'd like to win a £500 voucher for and why.

Everyone who adds their comments to this thread will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive £500 in vouchers to spend at their chosen Freedom Rewards partner.
You can check out a full list of the partners here.

Please note your comments may possibly be included in marketing materials, so please only post if you're comfortable with this.
Thanks and good luck,

MNHQ

I would choose Currys PC World. My little boy is five and a half months old now and constantly changing and developing. I would love to be able to buy a camera/video and laptop to capture and record all those magical first moments - the cute smiles, the gurgling laughter and the constant jabbering away! He has just learnt to roll over and is so impressed with himself, crawling can't be too far away!

TFL for us as it would just mean that we could galavant, explore and enjoy all that London and the surrounding area have to offer for free for a very long time. Transport costs have risen dramatically over recent years and I often find that the relatively high cost of getting into London (unless we take the bus option which can be painfully long although very scenic!) can be off-putting. So it would be fun to just be able to do what we want to do without having to weigh up financial implications! And a day out at a free museum/park etc...then could be entirely free!

Ooh so many options.. tempted to say Champneys (for me, all meeeeee!) but I would have to go with Haven so all the family could be treated to a lovely break next year - would be wonderful not to have to worry about paying for it :-D

I'd love a £500 splurge in lakeland, however realistically, for the amount of money on offer, it would need to be Amazon.

Marks and Spencer for me... I love their homewares but they are too expensive for me currently.

We could do with some new soft furnishings but all of our money is going on heating bills.

A splurge in Amazon would be lovely because there so much choice and I could buy things for me, dh, ds and my parents on there

Amazon would be amazing - such diversity of choice. And the children are in love with the audiobook selections on audibles.

For me it would have to be Amazon. If I won £500 it would mean I could buy all the things I have waiting in my basket but can't quite stretch to at the moment as I'm on unpaid maternity leave. (Snow boots, winter coat, Julia Donaldson phonics books, new toaster!) The new toaster alone would be great as cooking toast under the grill takes aaaaages! Grin

TFL for sure. It would mean that the children and me and DP could spend our weekends cruising around London to all the fabulous free museums and parks and sites worth seeing, as well as visiting Nanny in the outer zone. DD wants to do some exploring - just going somewhere randomly and seeing what we find. We do what we can, but it costs so much that we often have to stay locally.

Would love to win m and s vouchers. Has been a rough year in terms of illness for our family (mum and OH grandpa). Budgets are tight so would love to have £500 to spend on an amazing Christmas spread!! Christmas magic for everyone in the fam.

Amazon definitely. It would mean I wouldn't have to worry about the dc's birthdays/xmas etc for once.

Actually a day without worrying would be a wonderful gift for me voucher or not!

I would love M & S. My daughter is suffering from depression and I love to give her the best quality food I can. Getting treats from M & S is so lovely.

Probably Homebase. Our house is a bit shabby at the moment and needs a bit of a facelift.

Amazon, without a doubt. Its so universal and what with living in the sticks it is so convenient.

M&S would be a close second but only so I could buy yummy yummy food Grin

Lakeland for me. We are making more and more of our own food - bread, biscuits, cakes and that shop is a bakers heaven. Good quality and a fair price that helps me stretch our budget further whilst still treating everyone.

I'd love to be altruistic enough to say a charity. I'd go for the Samaritans. But this is a very expensive time of year so I would have to choose M&S to pay for a lovely Christmas for my family.

The reason I'd choose M&S is that I think their click and collect service is excellent. My local M&S is not a big store but I can buy anything I need online, even outlet, and have it delivered to store for free. And the staff are great too. It would be amazing to have some Christmas treats from the food dept too.

If I could choose how the competition was set up though, and you could spend £500 at the freedom partners but not just one, I'd say £100 at each of: Samaritans, M&S, Next, Amazon and a restaurant. Spread the love!

I am torn between so many, but what would be really special for us is Legoland. The DCs and I have not yet been on an holiday, and I have just learned to drive so could get there, so this would be fantastic for us. We'd have a ball!

Oooh - my heart says M & S but my head says Amazon. Can get all presents sorted from tricky in-laws to picky teenagers. The range of products and brands is incredible at super competitive prices!

If it was for me to spend on myself and home I would choose M&S so that I could splash out on new cotton bedding and towels, and then foodie treats for the family. Bliss :)

I think I'd be going for Premier Inn. We tend to use them quite a bit - we've made a tradition out of a family trip to London over Easter and £500 would mean we could do that and a couple of trips to the seaside too.
