Over the last four weeks, Barclaycard Freedom Rewards, in partnership with Mumsnet, have brought you Shop Talk: a weekly online talk show where a host of celebrity presenters discussed MNers' savvy shopping tips on everything from hitting the high street to stocking filler saviours.

Watch the highlights here:

Barclaycard say: "In our weekly chat show, Shop Talk, we tackled the big shopping stories that you are talking about in Mumsnet. Andrea McLean, Julia Bradbury, Ben Shephard and Ruth Langsford each took a turn hosting a show and were joined by three panellists, including a member of the Mumsnet team.”

We'd like to know which of the Barclaycard Freedom Rewards partners you'd like to win a £500 voucher for and why.

Everyone who adds their comments to this thread will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive £500 in vouchers to spend at their chosen Freedom Rewards partner.
You can check out a full list of the partners here.

Please note your comments may possibly be included in marketing materials, so please only post if you're comfortable with this.
Thanks and good luck,

MNHQ

I'd love to win vouchers for Marks and Spencer. I love their food, (especially the £10 special meals). I'm a great fan of their children's clothes, and it is the only place I buy my nightwear and undies!!. Their adult clothes are such good quality too.

Aww Viv congratulations! Just had a nosey through to see what you would have spent it on - a toaster! Enjoy! After I had the baby I really honestly couldn't eat enough toast. The first month was essentially Toast and Judge Judy on the telly Grin

Definately would have to be Amazon.

You can buy absolutely anything in Amazon nowadays so £500 would stretch a long way. Clothes, Furniture, Technology, Toys, Books both new and used and downloadable too, Music, even beauty products and groceries. You could literally do your whole Xmas gift shopping there, and the beauty of it is, you have it all delivered to your front door! Something doesn't fit or arrives damaged, no problem returns process is simple and speedy!

I would love to win vouchers for Amazon.

There are so many different things I want to buy. New PS4 games for my husband, treats for my LO and bits and bobs for the house.

The reason why I chose Amazon because you can buy many different things in one place and also browse for the best price. I love the ease of shopping with Amazon and the reviews are usualy spot on. Overall great site to shop and would love to spend more with them.

I'd love to win £500 of Amazon vouchers just because of teh plethora of things you can get on there.

(If I was allowed a second choice I'd say TFL because the price of transport is crippling me although it is encouraging to walk more and take transport less)

God I'm so torn!

It'd be nice to win £500 for the Samaritans, it really would. But then I would also like £500 to spend at TGI Fridays and have steaks till I was sick!

But I think most of all I would love a Amazon voucher, but I really hate myself saying it. It'd be nice to splurge at Debenhams or something but how could I miss the opportunity of free nappies for a year?! It's my son's first birthday next year - would be nice to also get him some books and toys and things, and I could have a spend in their grocery section.

So boring though Sad

I would definitely like to receive a voucher for Amazon, they offer so many different products, I could treat my whole family, buy some furniture etc. I'm not restricted and they always have great customer service. Thanks for entering me into the draw.

I just want to say thank you for this thread - I didnt know about the points and have just gone online and claimed mine

It's absolutey nowhere near £500 and if I won I would wish for vouchers for Curry's/PC World. I am desperate for a new laptop for my daughter, it would help so much for her job search/cv's etc

In my dream world it would be Starbucks, I could EASILY spend £500 on gingerbread lattes as it's my little escape place for some me-time with a newspaper or a book.

In reality I would have to pick something a bit more sensible like Marks & Spencer so I could get some clothes, some homewares and some lovely nosh.

Amazon- most of my salary is spent here. Amazon deliver! So I dont have to go to the shops... what is better than that?

Amazon might look after their customers but I'm not sure about their staff after watching a documentary last night, I was pretty shocked! I hadn't come across Freedom Parters before even though DP is a customer of Barclays. Makes a change to be able to support to charities through a reward scheme as well as use points at retailers. I would donate half to ABF The Soldiers Charity because I know from personal experience that military life is really tough, especially at Christmas if loved ones are abroad, and the charity could help struggling families. The rest I'd put towards treating my hardworking DP and little DD and Ddog (have I missed an acronym for pets?) to a Hoseasons break.

Marks and Spencers for me, I think with a bit going to Unicef.

But having read through the thread everyone else has such good ideas (I loved the holiday at Premier Inn idea). M&S anyway, I think.

I'd love to win a voucher for homebase. We have so much renovating that needs to be done in our house but can only go along as we can afford doing little bits here and there and never really getting anywhere in a hurry. A voucher from homebase could help us to get so much done, especially with creating a kids play area upstairs. :-)

I'd love to win a voucher for Cineworld, as I recently took our two small ones to the cinema and nearly fainted when I'd bought the tickets, got the popcorn and drinks etc!
You'd need to take out a small mortgage to go anywhere near frequently! Smile
We loved the cinema, though it's a great family day out. So I'd love to win cinema vouchers to see some great kids films for the children and me and some rom com type chick flicks for me, and maybe some action types ones if I decide to take DH for a 'romantic' evening out. Grin

A vote for Homebase here. We're in the process of decorating and furnishing a previously bare room as a bedroom for DD to move into so that the nursery becomes free for her baby sibling due next year!

Amazon too, you can treat everyone as they're so diverse. (They also do fat calf slim feet boots that don't cost the earth ??)

Right now I would say Homebase as our whole house needs decorating and we could have lovely Farrow and Ball paint with that as well as Habitat bits and pieces that we can't justify...new bedlinen and a gorgeous pendant light for over the dining table.
