OMG Is it possible to see massive changes after only 1 week of dietary change???

Have taken out all processed foods and giving as much organic as possible to all of us.
I have noticed the biggest change with dd (aged 5) it's untrue. She is calmer, more loving and is even being rather chatty this week.
She was so funny earlier as she even asked to do her sensory program!
It was just things like going the library this morning and queueing up with her books and so calmly as well.
I think that 1 she may have found or gained something from Bibic and 2 it must be her new non-processed diet.
Whatever it is I am very happy all the same

I remembered wrongly - looks like it is to do with omega 6 ratios.

I am going back to using the boots Smart Omega 3 as I know it had a good affct on DS when he first started it - will try that to see if it makes a difference and may ger the Eskimo one and try it after a while.

As I understand it, ratios of EPA to DHA are important in how effective the oil is. You should have higher EPA which Haliboorange doesn't and Eskimo oil does.

EyeQ sent dd off the rails but have to say am seeing similar results with flax seed oil. Maybe dd doesn't need it at all????

Nutritionalist at BIBIC told us the Virgin Evening Primrose Oil in Eye Q causes an increase hyperactivity in children who are prone to be on the hyper side.

I haven't read the whole of this thread so apologies if I'm repeating what someone else has already said. Eskimo Oil is taken from deep sea water fish, and is supposedly quite pure. We use the adult version as it has less additives than Eskimo Kids.

You can also use hemp oil, although there's some debate as to whether the body is able to utilise the EFAs in hemp as easily as from the fish oils.
Blossom, I think flax contains some allergens, maybe hemp worth a try?
