Does anyone know how successful MR’S are for DLA ? My son got refused so I’m doing a MR one of the reasons was because
children don’t see salt until there 3 when I sent in evidence to prove he’s seen them and under there service so I feel like they’ve not even looked at anything he’s been under them since he was 15 months of age! And another she said he was 12 months of age 🤦🏻♀️ and he is not 12 months i wouldn’t ever put a claim in for a 1 year old as I know they wouldn’t award it and my HV said the same
so I have some new evidence HV has wrote a letter well typed a letter up and SALT have done a report and I have his paediatrician referral letter
I’ve never done anything like this before my disgusted gets DLA high rate care and has done since she was 17 months she wasn’t even diagnosed then she is now
and she has been giving a 10 year award last month when turned 3!
I sent no evidence in with hers other than a HV letter and my son I sent more in and they said no 🤦🏻♀️ I wasn’t going to go through the MR but my HV said I should I have nothing to lose anyway as they have already said no so I’ll see what they say in the next month or so x
