GFCF free to collector!

Hi, We've abandoned the GFCF diet for ds and I've got a cupboard full of stuff. Even if he goes back on it everything will be out of date and it's a shame to waste it (costs a fortune!).

If anyone in the Hove area wants it they are welcome. It's mostly flour, pasta and stuff like dairy-free custard.

Sorry, I read that bit and thought it just meant newsletter type things from mumsnet. I will 'untick' the box!

Well at least it's not just me. I've just tried to CAT you and been told that you have requested not to receive emails!! Shall we just meet in the park wearing a carnation and carrying a copy of the Argus?!

Need to talk to you about SCHOOLS...

pixel · 21/11/2004 02:08

Right, I've finally found the CORRECT box this time so I should be able to get messages now.

Jak, ask away but I'm not an expert you know!

Sorry RnB still can't get in touch with you but you should be able to CAT me now if you still want stuff.

Duh! answerphones always do that to me. I once phoned and left a message for an application form for a job. Getting a machine put me in such a dither that I forgot to say who I was!

Monday should be fine. I've only got to feed the pony but that will be first thing. I'm on kitchen duty that day so I'll have to stick around anyway.

Feed the pony?!!!!!!!!!!!

pixel · 29/11/2004 20:48

What I meant was, that was the only reason I had to go out today (apart from school-run)so RnB could come round any time after that. Make sense?

AND it's not as grand as it sounds. I only got my gorgeous boy because no-one else wanted him and that was nearly 23 years ago so he's not exactly a dashing steed now!

I am totally over-excited that you have a pony. Will you be my new best friend?!!!!!

pixel · 29/11/2004 22:43

That depends. Do you by any chance like wheelbarrows and shovels?

No, I'll persuade you to become a double-agent!

Actually, no great mystery but involves a bit of travelling around. Sainsbury's has a good range (they do fish fingers, what a life saver for fusspot ds)and Tesco's. Infinity foods in the North Laines does loads of different kinds of flour. Healthlink in Station Road Portslade is always sourcing new stuff (like the cheese sauce) and are very helpful about ordering things for you. They also do seasonal stuff like Easter eggs which is handy to know.

I also found a great website for a company that does every kind of bread you can think of but that was before my old laptop got mysteriously broken and I can't remember what they were called. I saw their address on a packet of croissants and emailed them because I wasn't sure if they were dairy-free and they replied that all their products are gluten and dairy free. I will let you know if I find it.
