Yeeessssssssssssss DS got his DLA!!!!

I phoned them today to see if they had recieved the consultant's report and the very nice lady told me that they had made their decision and he has been awarded High rate care and high rate motability till 2012, a letter is on its way!!! They made the decision on the 3rd, his DLA was due to finish on the 7th so I will not lose any payments or Carer's allowence.... phew!!!!

we're in process (ds3) so hoping for the same luck

I had big issues with CAn I study 8 hours a week but the Uni said that although that was true I was registered as 40 hours- so although I am here full time (only ever study when all bioys at school / nursery), i am not, iyswim. Wondering if that minor fall out willa ffect Dla

They didn't even use the consualtant's report, juts the form in the end...
