we use regular and small Jaffa cakes and also those huge Smarties, regular Smarties and tiny M&Ms (although shelves mysteriously free of these at present)
Anyone else have some really great ideas/know about mini versions of branded goods?

big and little teletubbies
big and little farm animals
big and little gingerbread men(NB not sure if you can get big ones exact same as little ones iyswim.

regular size chocolate bars, and their miniature versions (kitkat and mars and flake do minis IIRC)

Really MTS?
I've never seen them..ever..

Thank you all again.

Been thinking tonight of introducing attribute with things that are not reinforcing or else the big one is always default option in case of food esp. (possibly not with non edibles due to cuteness factor).

Thus something like 'Do you want a big maths lesson or a small one (for those that hate maths?)

Lol,it's going to be a lot of fun.

(Have been spectaculalrly successful in past with bead threading activities working on attributes of big/small, green/red/blue etc, round/square/triangular all at the same time.

think they are officially sold as "fun sized" rather than mini. I suspect you don't frequent the sort of supermarkets where you'ld find em

Is big/little really a PECs task though? Isn't it a skill/task in itself? We would have taught (or tried to) big/little as a DTT program and then moved it to PECs later?????

moondog · 21/06/2007 21:55

Yes.....it made me laugh to myself when I was scrutinizing looooong aisle of crap in Tesco trying to find M&Ms.

(Am usually buying lentils and millet in healthfood co-operative) I did toy with idea of asking an assistant to help me but realised my assertinos that 'I never buy this stuff and don't know what to look for..it's not for er....my kids.' would just sound hopeless.

I know Moondog. I assume that big/little is not being taught as a concept using PECs, but PECs is being used to express that concept iyswim.

moondog · 21/06/2007 23:06

Yes
I see what you mean!
