sorry to hear things have been tough for you.

My me time at the moment - I was fed up the other night - had a tough week last week so I took myself off to the McDonalds cafe - only thing open on a monday night - it was almost empty - I had a coffee and cake ( like I need more of that) and read a trashy mag for 1/2 hr. then back to the madness

My other me time - we are on water restrictions due to drought etc - all been asked to do what we can with a 4 min shower as a way. I've been trying to have two minute showers and then that lets me fill a huge bath and sit in it. Luckily it is winter and it is lovely and warm with lavendar bath pillows - been helping a little.

Agree with others though - money worries always seem to make things worse.

thinking of you and your family.

FAB about the signing - one HUGE positive in amongst all the other hassles.

Feel a bit less manic this week. I had my last GM counselling session last night, which was quite positive, can sign up for one offs as needed now which is good to hear.

I've also signed up for a weekend shiatsu course in totnes (where else pmsl?) in September. I have no idea what it is - other than it involves pressure and acupuncture points, but it's meant to be relaxing- when I get stressed my back goes and everything aches so I'm hoping it will help. It's the week after the kids go back to school by which time I think I'll need it. Years ago I did some Alexander technique and that taught me how to relax completely- I realised yesterday I was sitting typing with my shoulders hunched up around my ears from tension, which never helps!
