it has been noticed that the sn board has been a bit quiet.
Now please don't use the excuse that it is the christmas holidays and you are up to your elbows in tinsle.
Or that the dc's are home and you are having to look after them.
or shock horror people might not have so many problems at the moment.

so where are you all????????????????

popped in before heading out to aunt's for chrissy eve dinner.... late night two tired children as they will refuse to go to sleep like last year - went to bed well after midnight.....

hope you all have a good day tomorrow.....

redbullandbump · 24/12/2006 07:08

you are so right 2shoes i have no excuses
i shouldnt spend most of the day with my head down the toilet
i shouldnt spend the day making sure ds doesnt push the tree over
i should not spend the whole day pulling my hair out trying to keep ds entertained
i should spend the whole day here on mumsnet and let ds get up to everything its just silly excuses on my behalf

still raining here - dh complaining as he is off work until after New Years and it was stinky hot christmas and then we thought we would take the girls to the beach and park etc but no - they are indoors going crazy at each other and him moaning..... glad to escape to have my glucose tolerance test this morning.

Dh watching ashes cricket.... I have no interest in.

However am not going to complain about the rain as we need every little drop of it.

hope you are all having a good time - or at least as good as can be expected.

It's like an SN board relay.

Aargh! Apart from usual "issues" with having DS home without much support and DD barking orders at all of us, me and DH both have Ashes lag, even though its not worth it We are having to turn driving cousin home into an "activity"!!! DS went to play scheme today where they are completely unable to get him to do anything unless he wants to or stop him doing things iyswim. I don't care, its a break and he's happy being "non-compliant"!!!! He has a day out tomorrow and the morning on Friday and that's it. Is it the timing of Xmas being on a Monday or something but there seems to be MUCH less going on????? We are OK this year with Xmas tree but I had to throw out all tinsel as DS shredded it and we had glitter snow over the bannisters! I did not watch (will not watch?) child with ASD and dog prog although it looks(ed) well made/cast. NOT my idea of fun!!! Dr Who was bloody marvellous though.
Happy Xmas everyone!!!
