Fucksake Leonie, what utter scum would nick someone's pushchair?! Angry

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest their crotch and leave them scratching forevermore!!

I had a shitty morning - DS1 school refused. I got him there at 10.05am. He had a MASSIVE meltdown over the cold and how he was too cold to get up. Thank fuck I had a friend to take DS2 on the bus to get him there on time, as DS2 has a meltdown if there is even a suggestion that he might be a minute late for school!

I might have thrown myself under a bus if I had had both melting down at once.

And I'm facing two weeks of trying to help demand avoidant DD do serious revision for her Maths GCSE mocks...

CouthySaysEatChoccyEggs · 27/03/2013 12:57

The revision is made worse by the fact that DD is severely dyscalculic, and is going to have to work her arse off to manage to get a 'G' in Maths rather than a 'U'.

Fucking scrotey pram stealers. May all the boils of humanity visit their arses.

Today's summation : school refusing DS1, food shopping, housework, sellotaping nappy to DS3 as he takes it off but WON'T use the potty or toilet - because he has no clue when he needs to go, only when he's been, DS1 melting down because we have to GO OUT after school, DS1 melting down because he couldn't take his ds for the waiting room (best punishment ever, yeah?!), DS2's hydrotherapy, my knee dislocating, DD melting down because I haven't pulled a new phone charger out of my arsehole, and now to cook (a late) dinner!

Bloody new HV comes tomorrow afternoon and the house is a shithole again, too.

And washing machine still broken. Bastard.

CouthySaysEatChoccyEggs · 27/03/2013 19:03

Oh - and I must look like shit because a lovely sprightly lady in her 80's / 90's have up HER seat on the bus for me today. And I HAD to take it. Blush

I can't use Carmex - it literally BURNS my lips. I like the Palmers cocoa butter one.

CouthySaysEatChoccyEggs · 28/03/2013 02:21

I've never read up on moods before and after seizures. (Makes note to when not do criminally busy).

However - my Ex's take on it is that I become 'whiny' 'picky' 'moany' 'naggy' 'irritable' 'grumpy' before a seizure - it's one of the first signs to him that I'm going to have one, and then he checks my eyes.

Apparently he can tell by my eyes when I'm going to have a seizure...

Afterwards I am 'aggressive' 'shouty' 'dazed' 'confused' 'abrupt' 'sleepy'.

Those are his words...

I think you did the right thing with the Topamax, but it might have been better to ring the Neuro & explain the symptoms first.

Didn't the receptionist 'gatekeep' though, if I recall?

The right thing for you WAS to stop taking Topamax.

I wish I could lose that much! Then again, I got back into a size 8/10 for the first time in years when I was on Topamax. Wish I was that size now. Some of my size 16's are getting tight. I was back to a 12 after having DS3, before I went back on the Gaba, then a 14 for aaaages, but since my dose was raised, I've turned into a right heifer. I look round now!

Hope so, Leonie.

I've got my bastard washing machine to work, and now my bastard printer has stopped working.

I've changed the ink, so it's not that.

The fucker copies fine, so the printy bit IS working.

The only thing I can think of is that I bought a new dongle and put my sim in it, and for some reason the printer won't connect to it.

I think my only option is to remove the printer from the lappy, then reinstall it. But that requires me finding the effing installation disc. Last seen in a pile of paperwork roughly 9 months ago...

It's imperative that I find it, I need to print out a past maths paper for DD to do for revision. And it. Won't. Fucking. Work.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
