How are all you lovely ladies?

Ds has done first full (5 day) week at school, mixed results, he managed, but he has been 'away with the fairies' with tiredness, and his TA has said he hasn't been able to do so much work, and has been quite 'shouty'. Confused He has also had a marked increase in verbal stims, echolalia and the other one; (where they are not repeating you, but just repeating something they have going round in their own head, can anyone remind of what that ones called?)

However he managed without meltdowns, and is off to a party on Sun, Grin

I am feeling smug, as the college work that was threatening to drown me last week is now only lapping at my toes, Grin. and I have arranged visits with most of my own SW students, so I feel I have 'got stuff done' Wink Grin.

Hi Justa,

I read some of your blog last night - its really good. Your doctor sounds perfect. Hope you have similar luck with all the other meetings you have coming up.

Sounds like you and I are doing the same things today and tomorrow. Grin

Just about to get in the kitchen and start dd's fairy castle cake.

Hazeyjane, you're a nicer mum than I am. Its all frozen here too and I'm battening down the hatches and staying in the warm, no matter what the dcs want to do. Blush

Triggles, glad you had a good night last night. Hope the hangover doesn't give you too much trouble.

Right - better get in that kitchen.

moosemama I'm slowly feeling better, thank goodness. DH has been dealing with the boys for the most part, and I managed to be alert (and not look hungover hopefully) when MIL popped in late this morning. Grin

signandsmile impressed? lol DH is more amused than anything. Grin Well done on losing lots of weight.. I need to do that. I suppose copious amounts of wine won't help. Hmm Rats.

hazeyjane · 14/01/2012 13:58

moosemama, actually not such a nice mum, I couldn't face the park, so dh has taken dd1 whilst dd2 sits watching Dora under a duvet with her swimsuit on (!). Glad we didn't go as ds now has a temperature to go with his swollen leg.
