I already asked at many SEN topics but I still don't know the answer. Do you know any employers that are willing to employ adults with MLD?... What will you do if your children will grow up?...

Anita, it depends on the company and the level of disability. Round my way, Oxfam have a very good record of employing teenagers and adults with SN, as do Sainsbury's. All companies have a disability discrimination policy that they must adhere to, but what are you looking for exactly?
For example, are you meaning sheltered and supported workshops? Or mainstream firms prepared to cope with a bit of reasonable accommodation?

I don't have a SEN child myself just working 1:1 with a MLD child. I want her to be able to live a normal life once... I feel that at many SEN topics people tend to concentrate on "how to educate SEN children" but who will employ them is less emphasised.
YES. It would be nice to find those mainstream firms that are prepared to cope with a bit of reasonable accommodation. I knew about Oxfam only.
