Thought i would ask here as more ppl are using this board. Its the plan that has apparently replaced Success Express. Im doing their EE which ive lost 3 and a half stone on. I lost 10 stone on Green previously.

I dont like the sound of the new SP plan as it mainly seems to be meat fish eggs and veg.

I already have cut out pasta diet coke noodles mullerlights when i rejoined. The SP plan seems far too restrictive. And ive already been successful on their other plans. Is anyone else on here trying it and what do you think.

No SP is optional. I wont be doing it because i cant eat a lot of fruit because it gives me colic.

I can eat blueberries strawberries and apples and pears but thats about it. No citrus fruit. And cant even eat a choc orange at xmas like i used to because it has real orange oil in it.

and as i gave up pasta mullerlights etc when i started this plan again in sept 2013 its unlikely to be affective. It is slow Its taken me 16 months to lose 3 and a half stone but the good thing about losing slow is you dont gain easily.

The problem with citrus isnt the only reason.

Im old school ive done the fast weightloss with sw I went from 21 stone down to 10 stone 12 the first time. I lost a stone a month for seven months and it took me over a year to lose the last 3.

Where i lost the weight at a rate of knots i developed gallstones Ive never known pain like it and had to have my gall bladder out 9 months of intense pain casualty admissions calling out the duty doctor who gave me morphine injections (one particular "lovely" experience was spending Christmas Day 2002 in hospital after not being able to stand up on xmas morning due to being given slightly more morphine than i needed on Xmas Eve) and finally morphine pills that i had to slip under my tongue when ever the excrutiating crippling pain started. I had two doctors and a surgeon tell me that this was due to losing the weight too fast.

After going through all that shit i simply cannot get on board with fast weight loss.

And this is why i get so angry when i see it encouraged. And its no exaggeration to say that the excrutiating pain did have me considering suicide it was that bad.

I have been in SW for 4 months and lost 2 1/2 stone. I needed a kick start after Xmas and so I tried SP. I can honestly say that I felt I was flying on it. I didn't feel hungry, I felt more energised and really enjoyed being on it. I didn't find it particular hard, I enjoyed experimenting with different foods.

For those that say it's hard I disagree... You just need to read your books. You can eat anything with S or P on it. 1 A choice and 2 B choices. You can still have your syns and they don't have to be S or P.

I do lots 4/5 fitness classes a week and love my carbs. I thought that I may not be able to do this because I needed carbs to work out. But I didn't miss it at all nor notice any change in my exercise apart from feeling GOOD.

I had mashed swede instead of potatoes
Cauliflower rice instead of rice
Butternut squash roasted or chipped instead of pasta
Or a nice healthy salad instead of any of the above.

I lost 2lbs, which for me is great as I was either maintaining or losing 1/2lb.
It gets you back to basics and looking at what you eat all over again.

I LOVED IT
